May 14,2024I have been a long standing customer for this company and there are numerous reasons for this including the swift response to resolve any issue that occurred or could have occurred, they team at Otto Car really reacted at an unbelievable fast pace during the COVID PANDEMIC that we all face, no contact from myself was needed and if I had any issues outside of this period the team were hot on the mark to help in every single way. I’d like to say a special thanks to Ruth from payments department and Riz, Akeem from the service department and not forgetting Rockie for assistance when I first came onboard. I appreciate all the efforts from all you guys and it so nice to have a family feeling from a corporation.

I was recommended by a friend to come and join Otto as I was having issues with the previous company I was renting a car from.
