It was ok but too much complexity it’s ok
They disputed my review because I had included the person’s name (Quality & Claims Analysis Officer),who was responsible for all the delays and got my review removed and now they are going back into limp mode again. So here is my review again. Absolutely horrible service, my car was stolen November 2022 since then they kept me standing like a lamppost till today. They made me to go chase up police for reports. Then no response since, I went to their office nothing, Emailed nothing, when I emailed saying I will take legal actions they responded after two months which was back in August saying “I will be getting a valuation on your vehicle based on the age and mileage and will be able to return to you with some answers.” And it’s nearly end of October. only last week when I left my review same guy contacted me to settle and all tho it didn’t meet my expectations but for the sake of settling I just signed the paperwork and now I’m waiting to get paid. God knows how long this is gonna take. However, I will be writing a review everyday until I get paid so everyone is up to date. Avoid going to them at any cost.
I will give 5 star to the company and 4 star to the ID3 The company staff has been lovely to me especially in Hendon Brunch , I collected a dirty car from Hammersmith and given token to clean inside only in a local car wash , then I washed it using jet wash prior to returning the car. I think the company should care about cleaning and maintaining inside the cars more. I give 4 star to ID3 as the boot is small and do not accommodate 2 large suitcase so I missed jobs at train stations. I do not recommend electric cars for being a taxi because they are not easy charge, cost more on charging and dead mileage when the market is not busy. Overall all businesses has weaknesses and this one is not exempt . I will give my advice to these people that you can use stickers on the doors NOT TO SLAM THE DOOR as few passengers do not know how to treating cars safely and fairly so slamming the door can damage the window .
Rent to buy+ is amazing. You rent the car for 4.6 years and after is yours

Otto car is the only one who is a caring company I ever mate. I have tried drover, splend car rent company. But the highest level of care I have received from otto car. Starting from free car serviceing till any issue all I have to do is call to the the company. And leave Rest of the work to them which is usually done by otto car with care. Their staff are so nice, humble and punctual with thair work.otto car made me so happy, now I have done rent to buy car for my partner too.. My story with otto car is I am living happily ever after with it.. Thanks

Renting a PCO vehicle from Otto car has been a great experience. I have never rented a car before and found the process rather seamless and easy. Staff at the Ilford branch were very welcoming and helpful. Prices are very competitive and also include PCO insurance. I’ve been renting for almost 2-3months, and have had no issues. My post-accident experience with Otto Car fell short of expectations. Slow responses, a lack of transparency, and unfulfilled commitments have left me with a negative view. Otto Car has an opportunity to enhance its services by focusing on driver support and ensuring transparent procedures for accidents.AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY LET YOU DOWN AFTER YOU SIGNED
I was very happy with Ottocar all the time since I have joined the company r2b plan 15 months ago. All the customer service representatives are excellent and helpful but recently my car has gone to repair to the dealer for high voltage battery fault and I came across in contact with SAF from service department regards my payment break. It was an awful experience with him. He tried not to understand from customers aspect on top of that calling back and interrogating regards communications. He was stressing me out in the morning and forced me to raise my voice. I'm in a process to escalate this behaviour to the company director through connections. I would say this person is an exceptionally unprofessional and bad example for the company reputation. I hope our morning conversation was recorded. So my rating is this now about them.
I rent a pco car from Otto car 7 months now and really is an amazing experience. The guys at Hammersmith branch were very helpful and ready to answer for any questions and worries i had. The prices of the cars are very good icluding insurance 24/7 breakdown cover and more.

If you’re a new PCO driver and you need a car Otto car makes it easy to start working for Uber as everything is done the same day, eg Document upload. I want to thank LOUIS at Hammersmith branch as he made the whole process very easy for me. He explained everything to me, even returning the car was easy process. I will come back from my holiday and get a pco car from Otto car.
Great peopl but there is one big issue which I think has to be fix when the problem isn’t fix in recommending workshops so they put driver car to the dealership so that time frame are so lengthy and drivers mostly doesn’t get help with a courtesy car even otto pause the rent but drivers are losing so much money relating to living money because everything based on if you carry on the work..it’s helpful to pause the rent but being sitting home n waiting response from the dealership almost losing all driver related expenses.. I have been struggling to get appointments with ihaundai dealerships almost 4month n I get one in another month time n I hope that wouldn’t be cancel… I’m sharing that of my best knowledge n I spoke to the couple otto family drivers n they have that issue so please try to fix n help drivers with replacement car n carry on charging the rent.so I’m this case driver carry on their work n things at lease on the move while the appointment n the car with a dealer. Thanks
