Uber driver
Mar 02,2024Otto cars Ltd only provide third party fleet insurance with Walsingham motor insurance. Then self fund free fully comprehensive (free at £49.00 per week) . Which is £2,548 yearly. Which I know is more than third party cover with another insurance company. Then when you have a non fault accidental damage. They will not provide you a courtesy car under the after care package. If thou under section 11 its states they will endeavour too. Refuses to show you the car insurance policy. Which is the after care terms and conditions. They state they will. This policy is not regulated as they have business to business contract with drivers. But if you work for Uber you are technically a worker not a business. Staff are not trained regarding the terms and conditions. Refuse to help until you constantly email and call. The director will not respond to emails personally. There is no transparency as they advise on the website fully comprehensive cover.(But try to use that or get information regarding policy) totally different. Very disappointed on Otto cars behaviour to drivers and beware of the after care package. As they will not honor it. Instead breach the contract so they can keep costs down and profit margins up. Any problems contact Uber directly stating they are endorsing a company that there code of practises are very unfair,unprofessional and misleadin

Feb 28,2024I have been told in three months you fix every problem including tyres, wipers breaks and so on but when I visited your garage the engineer said tyres should be changed but one of your office guy refused it so what you say and what you do is different

Feb 20,2024I came to Colindale for a claim and I was so worried. I went to pray and when I came back someone has hit my car. They didn't leave details. I thought I have to pay excess. I was worried about this and how I would pay and my family. I met Jamil. Jamil said to me you are our family. Do not worry. He spend 1 hour download all the video. He check each one slowly. He don't rush me. He was so good he find the number plate and then he said look we have everything. I was so happy. It was relief for me. He worked so hard spend more than 1 hour just to find the number plate. Then he help me with all the paperwork and he booked my repair. I can't give enough stars to him. This person he is genuinely so nice. If all ottocar like him I am so happy. Thank you so much Jamil I don't think my words is enough to describe what you did and how happy I feel. I drive HK71LXW car
