Mr JAMIC is a very nice he gives assistance always. He help me yesterday (12/09/24)with some problems.
Very rude and abrupt customer service. MOT and PHV renewals dates and locations controlled by otto car. I was reminded for MOT renewal and given a date. I was given another date for PHV renewal, earliest date was beyond 14 days of the MOT i had just done. When I raised the issue, the team over the phone were rude and abrupt and asked me to email. I received a response to the email that I should pay for a new MOT which is completely unnecessary, given the fact that dates for both MOT and PHV renewals were given to me by Otto. Their only explanation was that they are busy, and dont have any earlier dates, but how is that my fault? and why do I have to pay for your ineptness
Otto cars after sales and customer service department is so bad. I’ve had my car in for repairs for over 2 months. I was advised on the call, there will be no payments taken out until the car is back in my possession. However week in week out, every time they keep charging me. I have to always call and request a refund even though I was promised that no payments will come out. I have been very patience until TODAY. a college of yours names Riz/Rizwan called me to provide me an update regarding my account, I felt like I was talking to a robot. No sincerity over the phone at all. I was told by my account manager that last weeks payment will be refunded. Rizwan called me and said my account is in credit however if you need the refund you need to call your account manager again. I told him I did speak to her last week and she confirmed the refund will be in my account by Thursday. When I advised Rizwan of this, he didn’t understand and told me to call my manager again! not even that, he than cut the call on me while I was speaking, so rude! What kind of customer service is this? I will be taking this further when I am able to get through to the payment department. I will be terminating my contract as soon as possible.
Otto Car doesn’t even deserve a one star. I’ve been having issues since the start of my rental, constantly having to call in and send emails and I’m now at the point where I’ve made a complaint and still they don’t have the courtesy to communicate the outcome with me. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Returning my vehicle to them as soon as my notice period is over and also escalating my complaint until I get the right resolution.
I went to the Dulwich branch today and honestly the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied. As a first time PCO License holder. The staff talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable and confident. Josiah was amazing he deffo needs a promotion :). I will deffo recommend and I’ll be back
Otto car company the best ever in the uk.
I have 100% on discount for Congestion charge I’ve been emailing them for the past two months telling them to remove me from auto pay on congestion even their own companies been sending them email. They have not replied back to me for the past three months. I’ve got proof of all the emails I have sent them

Hello I have had another good experience with Otto cars - I gave my car for body work for three days to Otto Cars and requested their management team to give me a replacement car but management said that for 3 days repair we cannot offer you a replacement car which wasn’t the best news for me. So I spoke to the bodywork worker his name is Mr.Sami Sikafi and explained my circumstances that I will be jobless for 3 days and asked him whether or not he could fix my car within 2 days and he did. I am collecting my car now, and I am so grateful Mr.Sami and his all team for their wonderful customer service and for fixing my car and I give them 5 stars! Great Job. Abdul Khan
In general, I can say that I am happy with the service provided. Especially during my last visit to colindale branch I would like to thank Jamil Choudry, who helped me incredibly professionally and friendly.
I’m renting a PCO car with Otto car since April/2024, I am sincerely happy with them, Isabella in Hendon is absolutely fantastic in every way that is possible. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was very fast and with good service
I received an email from Otto Car about a Summer special offer last week, so I called them to confirm my interest in a particular car offer, so the phone they told me there was one car left at that price. I was booked to Go and Collect the car at the Redbridge Lane branch @ 9:30 am. so I went all the way from Wandsworth to Ilford just to be told they have the car but it's £50 more per week for the same car. I understood straight away it's an advertising scam to lure people into their branches and offer them a more expensive contract. that was a complete waste of my time and money.
After visiting colindale office after accident they were very helpful in getting it booked in to be repaired having dealt with jamil on 2 occasions he goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly
Shehnaz was absolutely genius and helped me accommodate the claim. The entire claims team was great and helpful.
