Feb 13,2025I’m writing this review to share my feedback on driver safety team from Otto car. I recently had few bad experiences while driving. The guidance and support I had from Dennis from driver safety department was amazing. A true gentleman and breath of fresh air you would like to have every day. His support and caring nature had really helped in overcome the hurdles I had. We need Dennis in every department. Thank you so much for this guys . I wish you all best of luck

Feb 06,2025To Whom It May Concern: A Warning About OTTO Car Unethical Practices I am writing this to warn potential customers about my deeply troubling experience with OTTO Car. If you are considering their Rent-to-Buy scheme, I strongly urge you to think twice. I entered into a contract with OTTO Car to rent and eventually buy a vehicle. However, despite fulfilling my obligations, they illegally repossessed the car without due process. This is not just a case of bad business "it is a clear breach of contract and an outright violation of consumer rights. To make matters worse, when I requested my Subject Access Request (SAR) from OTTO CAR to obtain crucial evidence regarding my rental and earnings, they failed to comply, forcing me to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) for enforcement. Their delay in providing my data has hindered my ability to take full legal action against OTTO Car, which only raises further concerns about transparency and accountability in this industry. If you are thinking about signing up for OTTO Car Rent-to-Buy scheme, please be aware of the risks. The financial and legal consequences of dealing with an unscrupulous company can be severe. I am taking legal steps to hold them accountable, and I encourage others who have faced similar injustices to come forward. Protect yourself and your rights. Do your research before committing to any contract with OTTO Car. Feel free to share this message to help spread awareness.

Feb 06,2025On Wed, 5 Feb 2025 at 16:40, Otto Car | Pay Good Afternoon, It is with regret that due to default payments, we will be switching the car off if payment isn't made by 06/02 @ 12pm which means you are unable to drive HK24BVE. You are in breach of your contract, weekly, timely & prompt payments should be made as per your terms & conditions of your contract that you have signed. Please note, after 48 hours of the car being switched off, the car will not restart as the battery will be drained of power. It is in the best interest to settle within this timeframe to prevent any inconvenience or additional expenses. Late fees have been added on also total to pay = £200.00. If any of our devices have been tampered with it will result in immediate termination as quoted in your contract. Please reply confirming you are ready to make a full settlement kindly or to confirm you have made payment via the link. Thank you for your prompt attention to

Jan 31,2025At midnight on 29/02/2025 I was awoken to a man entering my vehicle and attempting to drive it away from my driveway. The steering wheel was locked so the mans attempts were unsuccessful. I immediately went down stairs and realised this man had three spare keys to my vehicle which was how he was able to gain access. I immediately knew he was from Otto Cars. This is not their first attempt to try and take my vehicle which I am already having issues with the engine that have been ongoing for 5+ years. Just weeks before this Otto Cars reported my vehicle stolen to the police and I was pulled up. Luckily I had all of the necessary proof to show that this was a bold face lie and the police could clearly see that. I soon found out that the man who tried to take my vehicle early hours of this morning came with an accomplice and had been camping outside of my house in a van for hours before he made an attempt on my vehicle. My home where I live with my wife and children. This is diabolical. People beware of this company! If anyone is having issues with the engine of their Mercedes Benz van vehicle please contact me.
