Ottocar has great and considerate communication. From their sales team to the payments, servicing teams as well. When I had unique circumstances that caused me payment delays, I didn't speak with Ottocar for some weeks (running away, head in sand), I finally spoke to the payments team and they said, why didn't you speak with us earlier but they listened and resolved fairly. I wish I had spoken to them earlier. I returned my car for the Christmas and picked it up again 5 weeks later, very straightforward, efficient, considerate customer service. Their assessors look to guide and coach you in safe and successful driving instead of looking for any reason to fail you. Shout out to Ijazz in Ilford, Louis in Hammersmith sales teams and Dennis the assessor in Hammersmith. Fair but professional teams. I had no issues coming back to Ottocar when picking up my next car. I would be moving to Rent-2-Buy with Ottocar as well. If you are looking to start or continue Uber driving, consider Ottocar.

I came to the service Department for an issue that was seen by Mr Suri. I had my vehicle since August 2023, but was not advised my vehicle would not be within warranty. Cost of repair was very high.. i saw Mr Aune whom was phenomally brilliant in assisting me. He advised accordingly and helped me on a payment plan of offodability. I won’t recommend Otto camera there is not such thing as privacy if you need any footage you have to send them email and they will send it to you after they watch it. unless they create an app that handle everything youself.I have one I will cancel it sooner
