Staff at the Dulwich branch were very welcoming and helpful. Prices are very competitive and also include PCO insurance. I’ve been renting for almost 5-6months, and have had no issues. Oct 18,2023Hi. I have been with Otto car a few years . Last time I went to see them for to rent a car . Hendon branch told me no hybrid car. He wanted me to ave electric car . Not professional. Went Hammersmith branch met Abdul the manager wellcom me . Went out of his way to get mr a car on same day . Best manager I have seen . 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service plus all employees at Hammersmith branch are brilliant. Thanks again

Oct 18,2023I have been renting from Otto car for few years from Hammersmith branch and I have dealt with nearly all the staff at this branch and all of them were exceptionally good especially Abdul, the only downturn is they don’t open early until 9.30 am, sometimes if you have an issue or you want to rent a car half day is already gone before you leave the office.

Oct 17,2023So far the easiest and finest company I have come across. Specially ilford branch, those two Asian background brothers are very friendly , helpful and treat you with respect. Just a little downside, you can’t use those car park. It’s a great a place for all new pco drivers who are trying to hold on a car

Oct 17,2023Having recently completed my rent to by scheme with Ottorcar Hammersmith throughout the handover transition I never felt I was left alone to do everything myself. Staff at all levels went above and beyond to guide through I have nothing but praise and worship for such friendly teamwork
