Dec 27,2023Staff behaviour was bad bought car less then 1000 miles problem still charged full week rent when given back not given good car got problem as well Otto mistake no info about payment that I missed it send email no reply from account department will not use Otto any more nor will recommend to anyone

Dec 21,2023And again I’m back after 2 trustpilot reviews and multipul complaints to the department. NOTHING HAS CHANGED I’ve asked Otto for a break as my fathers passed away and didn’t want to affect my holidays as I’ve booked them in the future, however I would of used them if it was a last choice. What wanted was to have a couple weeks break and extent my contract that period. I knew it might not happen but I wanted to ask. I put the request on Monday and all week I was told I will get an update. I only got a response 4 days later and 4 hours after they taken the payment saying “ I understand and sympathize with your current situation. I strongly recommend using your holiday entitlement during times like these, as it is specifically in place for such circumstances. Please make use of your holiday entitlement as permitted by your contract. Unfortunately, after discussions with the senior team, we don't have any alternative solutions to offer at this time.” I’ve already complained to the complaints department but I will still get a response under this saying please email complaints. This isn’t even the worse part and I’m going to add another review explaining

He is top notch guy and went out of his way, over and above to help. Also, the staff at collingdale are really nice and friendly and were equally helpful. Really pleased and satisfied overall. 5/5

When compared with others, the service level they provide is becoming more outstanding by the day and never failed me once. Service, Mot and repairs are carried out with their partners at A2Z Motors and YES, PCO cars which you drive for over 200 miles a day, sooner or later will have problems. I have no hesitation in recommending to anybody, Sam and his team of professional mechanics, who have been very honest and promptly solved all my mechanical and electrical problems at very low prices.

Sam always takes the time to answer any questions i may have & provides me all the options avaliable from repair to replacement. It can be very difficult to find a garage with good mechanics who you trust with your vehicle. I recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for great car maintenance & service.
