UPDATE: Rückzahlung des Kaufbetrags über PayPal angefordert und erhalten. Der arme Verkäufer hat zwei Bestellungen versendet, die nie ankommen konnten, weil sie über ein Unternehmen gehen, das sich offensichtlich am Rande der Legalität bewegt. Hier müssen jede Woche hundert Pakete verlorengehen. Wieso wird dieser Laden nicht einfach geschlossen? Wenn es ginge, würde ich null Sterne geben. Das erste Paket aus UK ist verschwunden (Venlo Depart Scan, dann war es weg). Der Händler hat ein Ersatzpaket auf den Weg geschickt, das ebenfalls verschwunden ist (Venlo Depart Scan, gleiches Spiel). Das ist statistisch gesehen dermaßen unwahrscheinlich, dass ich dahinter systematischen Diebstahl vermute (siehe andere Bewertungen). Am liebsten würde ich die Polizei einschalten. Finger weg!!!
Thank you for your reply which seems to be a generic one. As I have stated I already brought this to the attention of the retailer. Swings and roundabouts as usual HUT1860GB00958581601 Goods in transit since the 7th and have refered back to the company I purchased from and they refer me to P2P. How long can it take to receive a small package? Very disappointed and cannot recommend this service. It is P2P who are responsible for delivery not the retailer so not sure why they keep telling people to refer back to them.
On a number of occasions our parcels have been damaged- even though these have been very carefully packed and have fragile notices all over them, this is totally disregarded and a number of bottles of wine have been broken. The person delivering the parcel simply left the parcel which was leaking red wine on the carpet!!

4-PayPal decidirá qué es lo que pasa. El paquete lo tenéis vosotros en VENLO, no habéis actualizado más. Así que no sé a quién queréis que contacte si el paquete está en vuestras instalaciones y vosotros o bien lo habéis perdido o bien no estáis haciendo nada con el. Sois unos sinvergüenzas. Todo el rato la misma respuesta. Es una pena que no pueda subir una foto de cómo entró el paquete en vuestras instalaciones el 11 de octubre y ya no se volvió a actualizar. Por lo tanto, si vosotros no lo habéis actualizado, el paquete sigue allí. He tenido que abrir una disputa por PayPal para recobrar mi dinero. Sois lo peor 3-Vuelvo a repetiros que ya he contactado, y el envío está pendiente de depósito. No ha salido de VENLO y está allí desde el 11 de octubre. Lleva 10 días en vuestras instalaciones. Vosotros sabréis qué es lo que habéis hecho con mi envío. He abierto una disputa en PayPal porque no me parece ni medio normal. Si el paquete hubiera salido de vuestras instalaciones, en la actualización aparecería. Correos solo tiene el paquete pre registrado PENDIENTE DE DEPÓSITO por parte de ustedes. Vosotros NO les habéis entregado el paquete, así que no hay nada más que preguntar. Ya se declararon aduanas y en Correos me figura que está pendiente de depósito. Lleva 8 días en Venlo sin moverse. Las quejas son recurrentes. Package has been stuck at Venlo site scan like many others for a while now. Venlo is pretty close to where I live, delivery to my house from Venlo should not have taken more than 1 day. Super slow service, very poor. Tracking number is IBE1301GB00076740201. Edit 14-oct: Package is now stuck for more than 2 weeks at Venlo. No response here from P2P, no response either to the investigation launched by the retailer. Absolutely appaling service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Edit 17-Oct: Package was returned to sender. No delivery attempts were ever made. No one ever contacted me. Never ever ever ship using this company. Terrible.
