After 3 emails and an order done the 15th of September, I've read this morning that the package is being sent back to them. It's a shame, even I wrote an email saying that some info was needed at the border to continue with the delivery. As it's said in the website the delivery is supposed to take between 3-5 days and bought this as a birthday gift, that I'm sure now is not going to be here on time. I feel really cheated, it's the worst experience buying online but even worst experience the customer experience, not even one email apologizing or saying that there's an error and the package is being back to them. My order is : 5000004947 in Brandfield I really want to know what's happening otherwise, as I said in my last email, I will call my bank, ask for a refund and if it's necessary go to fill a compliant at the police station.

Bom Dia. Realizei uma encomenda dia 15 de Agosto, com data prevista de entrega na semana que passou. A minha encomenda encontra-se, desde dia 20 de Agosto (faz hoje 9 dias), em SITE SCAN em Venlo. Entendo que por vezes hajam atrasos. No entanto, não faz sentido tanto tempo de espera. Queria mais informações, por favor. Tal como me sugeriram na resposta a esta opinião (como podem ver abaixo), contactei a empresa vendedora do produto encomendado. A transportadora recebeu o produto, caso contrário não haviam atualizações da transportadora até dia 20. Por isso, se tinham o produto até dia 20 de Agosto, a responsabilidade é da transportadora, porque tem de saber onde está a encomenda e a obrigação de me informar sobre a mesma. il mio pacco spedito (tracking DOL0800US34923839301) il 13 luglio dagli USA è bloccato ad Amsterdam con la dicitura "customs cleared" dal 20 di luglio e siamo all'8 agosto, da allora nessuna novità. Se è stato sdoganato perchè non c'è progresso nella spedizione? Normalmente in una settimana al massimo arriva in Italia, dopo 18 giorni invece non c'è ancora nessun progresso.
