Habe vor einem Monat bei VQ Fit bestellt. Erst klappte alles ohne Probleme. Das Paket war beim niederländischen Zoll und nach zwei Tagen wurde es weiter nach Venlo gebracht. Wenige Tage später lag es allerdings wieder beim Zoll wo es nun seit 2 Wochen liegt. Seitdem habe ich keine neuen Informationen bekommen.
My order has been in transit for 38 days now. I just don't know what to do anymore, no one is helping, not ASOS, FedEx, I just don't know what to do. I'm just a student for goodness sake I used my allowance. This is my order number: 606255605.
Worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. The delivery drivers do not seem to care whether the package is delivered in good condition or not, they just throw it in and leave. I have two dogs and our gates are closed to keep them in and when most drivers see the dogs they would leave the packages outside the gate but not P2P, no they seem to enjoy throwing the packages over the gate and letting the dogs get at them, which in turn leaves me with destroyed and unusable packages. I will be looking into online stores delivery services much closer now to avoid this company. Avoid P2P delivery.
