1 complaint. Saw an apartment before it had been cleaned. Would prefer not to walk thru a past resident's filth after they've moved out. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend

I am grateful that Pangea accepted my application. However, I was told I couldn’t move in early because proper clean up and last minute duties that were the norm were going to be completed (which was fine until I was about to move in) I was given keys that didn’t work to either of my doors had to rush to the office b4 closing. I was given temporary keys for the time being. The apartment looks the exact same as when I went for the showing. Dirty carpet, hair balls, a glued eyelash was stuck to the carpet and dry stains on the carpet. The light fixture above my door is hanging. There is broken glass tracked in my apartment from the front window. (Even after vacuuming there are still glass shards in the carpet) The heat is not working properly. I had to crank the heat to 90 and I was still freezing. My stove will not ignite. There is just a lot of unprofessionalism being practiced. I don’t appreciate that I have to be damn near perfect to avoid fines, but things like this are overlooked when the problem is on Pangea’s end. Nobody has contacted me regarding changing my locks or getting things in order as they should be. I would like my apartment to be safe more than anything. Being in the freezing cold and having to tip toe around glass is not acceptable. I moved in 4/13/18 week one isn’t going too well which is my reason for the 2 star review.

This organization is so unorganized. They have been giving me the run around for weeks.
We have only been living in the new apartment for a few days now. So far everything has been acceptable. We love our new location. The kitchen sink was not hooked up properly and we were told that maintenance could not come fix it until Monday - so we went 2 days without a kitchen sink which I think is unacceptable. There were also some issues with paint and a window that didn’t open. Everything has been fixed now but I wish there was more care taken to make sure the apartment was really move in ready.
Got to the residrnce for a showing. Lady wouldn't answer after several calls. She text back. As I approached her she's on the phone laughing loud. Seriously!! You ignore a work related csll for some personal crap. Then continued her convo instead of showing me the apartment. Ill take my $ elsewhere. Ghetto trash company.

I haven't honestly moved in yet, I have had pneumonia,but everyone that I has helped me,has been great , especially Chanel, I will be hopefully moving in officially this weekend if I am well enough. I am really excited and can't wait to start living my best life w Pangea. John Shomo unit 326

The complex that I'm living in it's very clean very quiet is relaxing in my apartment I have no problems I enjoyed staying in my unit that Pangea provided for me and thank you all so much andI really appreciate it
So far, I have been living in my unit for less than a week, and I already regret that I signed a year lease. We can't seem to get someone to come to the building to get access to the basement. After calling and leaving several messages all day, sending an email to the building manager and his response was, sending me a number to a Lexus dealership in Colorado, when I replied to him that it was an incorrect number, there was no response. I hope it gets better than this.

Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful with all the questions i had concerning my new lease. My move and new apartment was exactly how any one would want it to be very easy going and enjoyable 😀
So far I’m not impressed. There is a lack of common sense and company policy with the employees of the organization . The move in process is unnecessarily difficult. The individual zone offices act as completely different companies and do not work well or communicate together. I’m highly disappointed. I constantly have an issue with hot water and maintenance has to turn up the boiler. And I’m curious as to why all the units have a single basin sink.

Apr 18,2018Signed lease on 4/13/18 - was misled about everything. heat is not included as advertised - heating is electric which you pay wasn't given a key to rear door or mailbox filled out application indicating I have 2 cars, but was only able to get a parking permit for 1 (need PM approval for second) left message on Friday 4/13 & Saturday 4/14 - as of today 4/18/18 still no return call Very poor customer service
