Apr 03,2018Was told to pick up keys saturday not before 12:00 pm, got there at 12:00 only to be told that the office is closed from 12:00 - 12:30. Had I known that I would have come at 12:30. They said apartment had been treated to get rid of roaches as I moved in they started coming out more.

Apr 03,2018I have been with pangea five years and like any place to live it's some struggles with getting things done on time. I had one of my apartments to flood and had to move. I ended up on a block that is very gangs and drugs related, but I can't hold pangea responsible for the community. 2017 I had a mild stroke due to the stress of the community and other personal issues. My property manager Diario was very understanding when I had to pay my rent a few days late. But it always got paid i was served a few five day notice but that's procedure. I am truly grateful for them allowing me to transfer to a new unit that gives me a new opportunity. I want to Thank the south shore office for understanding my needs, respecting my unit when entering when I wasn't home and for just listening even when I was over anxious. Thanks Pangea I cry as I type this because when I had my stroke. I couldn't work full time for a few months but I was able to maintain because Diario compassion for people.

Apr 03,2018Pangea has been absolutely wonderful at first it was a rocky start cause I didn't see a apt until the 3rd apt because of pangea and the Realtors but once I did see a apt the process from there was fast and easy.

Apr 03,2018I love everything about my apartment the only problem I have had so far with Pangea is me receiving the wrong set of keys to my apartment door and no one came out immediately to give me a working set so I have to leave out for work leaving my door unlocked until I get home I haven’t heard from my property manager other than the key situation the apartment is well put together they made sure they remodeled everything they said they would before my move in date

Mar 28,2018They dont care!!! I've made several complaints about the tenants above me. BOOM BOOM BOOOM BOOOM BOOM ALL DAY LONG!!! I EVEN gave the building manager a video of this problem.. THEY will lose your payments so keep ALL receipts.. by far the worst I've ever rented from. Apartment wasn't cleaned when i moved in. Water doesn't get hot in kitchen. Bad bad bad!!

Mar 27,2018Well i move in on the 22nd of march so i only been here 5days and i love it. Its so clean lot of space, the building is clean, the tenants are friendly. I give 5 stars to pangea real estate i really do love my apartment thank you.
