Dec 29,2022My partner purchased a Miele vacuum before Christmas as a gift. The ordering process was simply, the communication on date of delivery was poor, as She received no delivery date, it arrived when we were out and parcel force left a £300 vacuum behind the car in our driveway, where anyone could have taken it. A simple email from the courier or Paul Davies advising of delivery date would have been helpful. On unpacking the vacuum one of the pipes was damaged. My partner contacted customer services to be told they’d look into it and get back to her the following day, She received no call the following day, so she called again on The Saturday to be told the person dealing with It was on holiday, this went on until someone took responsibility for the issue . Although the ordering process was good theIr aftercare needs work.

Dec 20,2022The service was excellent. The product was also excellent. This was purchased and loaded into my vehicle within 10 minutes of arriving at the store. Stuart was extremely helpful, he was polite, courteous and loaded the item in my vehicle for me. I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future. Cheers Paul Davies and Stuart

Dec 16,2022My fridge freezer decided to call it a day today, just after I had filled it with Christmas goodies. Went to Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances in Bolton about 1pm and by 3.30pm I had a brand new fridge freezer in my kitchen. Thank you to Stu for arranging a speedy delivery and Ella for her help in choosing my new purchase.

Dec 14,2022After our visit to the store on Sunday 11/12/22 we were so impressed with the level of customer service that we called in today to look for a new washing machine. Nicola from the sales team was very attentive and took the time to explain the different machines that we were looking at. We decided to go ahead with the purchase of a Siemens washing machine and Nicola arranged to have it delivered and installed at the same time as our double oven and hob. In addition installation and removal of the old machine was included in the price. Once again a fantastic first class service from Paul Davies. For any future purchases of white goods they will be our first place that we look. Thanks again.

Dec 12,2022Visited the showroom last Friday afternoon for a new washing machine. There was plenty of choice with a variety of brands and price points available. Within a minute or so a member of staff approached. She really helped me make a decision based on the features I was looking for. Today is Monday. I've just had the appliance delivered and fitted. I can relax again! The service from this company has been excellent from start to finish and I highly recommend them.

Dec 08,2022We went to Paul Davies to purchase a new oven and was impressed with the selection. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Stuart came over and explained about the products, gave us some sound advice, but not once was he pushy trying to sell. We chose a new oven, but we’re so pleased with the service we also got a new microwave that we were really going to get at a later date. The delivery was also spot on. They arrived early, carried the goods through the house and were friendly and polite. We will be back for more items soon. Thanks for the great service.

Nov 30,2022Friendly greeting offering help to find what we needed. We were given details of the cooker we were looking at. The sales person, Stuart, was extremely helpful. We arranged for delivery, taking away the old cooker and installing the new one. We felt very comfortable with the transaction, able to choose delivery date and time. The cooker was duly delivered and installed safely to our satisfaction and the old one removed. I will continue to encourage other people to visit the store.

Nov 26,2022We have been using Paul Davies store for many years and always found them most helpful and knowledgeable about their products which are quality and affordable.My wife decided that she wanted a new microwave for the kitchen so off we went to the shop to have a look at what was on show.We were served by a great young man called Stuart who explained items in stock and we came away with one that suited us at an acceptable price.Thanks Paul Davies for another great shopping experience.

Nov 20,2022We always go to Paul Davies for all Kitchen Appliances. They offer tremendous value and have a great knowledge of all the appliances. Went in today as my 10yr old freezer had gone on the blink, Stuart was a great help in choosing the best Freezer for us. I simply wouldn't bother to go anywhere else.
