Nov 15,2022My parents recommended Paul Davis for a new dryer, I’m one to shop around but this time I purchased a dryer there and then! Not only did I get a brand new dryer that’s a reliable make and x4 times bigger than my old one, this new one was in the sale! BONUS! Stuart was on hand to help and assist me and my mum further, his customer skills are excellent, chatty, confident, eye contact was good and we had a laugh with him and his lovely lady colleagues. You can tell they all enjoy working at Paul Davis’ which is nice to see! Stuart was attentive in helping me purchase my new dryer, the sale was quick and easy and Stuart even put it in the boot for us! I’ve never bought something so quick and easy! Me and my mum were very impressed and have a list of other items we want to purchase soon! Let’s hope stuarts there to help us again! Every one needs a Stuart! Thank you Paul Davis for a great experience! I’m loving my new dryer!

Nov 09,2022Hotpoint Washing Machine broke down within 30 days - motherboard fault. Hotpoint Customer Service terrible. Paul Davies team intervened and replaced the Washing Machine. What was a very stressful experience the action by Paul Davies team have been professional, helpful and supportive turning what could have been a bad experience into a positive outcome. Well Done and Thank You

Nov 01,2022Customer service is excellent I cannot fault them. No pushy sales people you can browse or ask for help. Service with a smile. Very accommodating regarding delivery days, done to suit the customer. I purchased a new larder sized fridge, I knew what I wanted and got the best price. Thank you for being pleasant and efficient.

Oct 28,2022I had already seen the washer dryer that I wanted online, so I went down to the shop (10 minutes walk away) and not only did they offer quick delivery, but it was also cheaper than I expected. The delivery guys were great and I had the new one in the kitchen and the old one taken away in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service and I love my new appliance.

Oct 24,2022As my oven decided not to work anymore I needed a new one ASAP after looking at places like curry’s, AO and Very with no joy because the earliest delivery would have been Thursday… so I decided to check out Paul Davies online and found the newer version of the hoover oven that I already had. So off we went to the Bolton store as we were looking for the hoover oven which we couldn’t find I was approached by Stuart an assistant who asked could he help as soon as I told him what I was looking for he new instantly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable explains about all the different brands. Stuart was very helpful and courteous and within minutes had done the deal and brought the oven out to the car and helped my son to lift it in the boot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use the again.

Oct 16,2022My kitchen is starting to look very tired. But unfortunately cash is in short supply as a pensioner. But my cooker has decided it has had enough. It had been fitted badly by another company 16 years ago and I have just put up with it. Sadly it has stopped working and thought I had better get a cooker ordered soon as we would have no Christmas dinner this year. Early booking was in my mind. Expecting the company to say delivery December. How surprised I was to find that my cooker could be delivered and fitted within four days. I was so pleased that not only could my problem be rectified but sooner than I expected. Nicola, the sales person , was so reassuring. I appreciated the help I was given today.

Sometimes we've looked in other places but then always seem to end up back at Paul Davies where we have found the biggest choice at reasonable prices. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable when you need them and ordering and delivery have always been simple. So why go anywhere else?!
