Apr 12,2023We visited the store on Monday 10th April and bought a Hoover tumble drier. Excellent in store experience. The drier was delivered and installed this morning just after 8AM. Again the service was excellent. Would highly recommend this company to anybody. Thank you.

Feb 28,2023We have recently purchased and had a new kitchen fitted by Paul Davies Kitchens. The old kitchen needed clearing out in preparation for the new build, each of the contractors aligned to the new build were at all times polite, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and on completion had delivered an excellent product. A small issue was dealt with immediately and throughout the remodelling of the kitchen nothing was too much for the staff to deliver. We are very pleased with the finished product, the new units are to a very high quality, leaving us extremely pleased with both our purchase and the final build quality

Feb 11,2023We visited the store to look at range cookers and were really impressed by the shop assistant who came to help and advise us. She was very knowledgeable and offered useful and practical advice about products without being pushy. We went away, chose the cooker we wanted and phoned to order it. The person we spoke to didn't sound like he was interested, and we wouldn't have proceeded with the purchase if not for our initial experience in store. We decided it was best to just go in and speak to someone directly, which worked out fine. After this, communication and delivery service was poor. I was given an estimated date, then nothing until I got a message on messenger to say the cooker was on its way. The cooker was for a rental property, so it was fortunate that both myself and the tenant were at home. According to the tenancy agreement I should have given the tenant notice of the delivery and fitting, something I explained at the time of ordering and payment and I was told that I would be contacted to arrange the date but this hadn't happened.

Feb 02,2023I recently visited the store with my elderly mother in search of a toaster. On arrival we were greeted by Lucy who kindly showed us to their selection. My mother saw the make and model she liked but the colour she wanted was not on display. Lucy said she would find out if they had any in stock. During our wait Lucy asked if she could get my mother a chair to sit on while they check stock. This was most appreciated as my mother will be in her centenary year later in May. We were pleased to find out they had stock and after the purchase was complete another kind gentleman assistant, sorry dont have his name, kindly offered to bring the toaster to the car whilst I looked after my mother. All in all a very pleasent shopping experience and pleasure to see a company that goes that extra mile in giving great customer service.

Feb 01,2023We always use Paul Davies for all our appliances. Today when the washer/dryer that we bought from Paul Davies over 10 years ago finally died, thats where we headed to be met by Stuart. What a helpful, knowledgeable man, as the model I wanted and had in the past wouldn't be in stock for a couple of weeks. He couldn't have more helpful in his recommendations and advise. We came away very happy with an AEG washer dryer. Thanks Stuart.

Jan 10,2023Went to buy a cooker. Saw the one we wanted in the showroom and was able to take our time to look it over. Was served by Stuart who was extremely helpful but not pushy. He was able to arrange for delivery the same day. The 2 men who delivered it were excellent. They spent a long time ensuring it was absolutely level and fitted perfectly. Will definitely recommend Paul Davies to our friends and family.

Jan 10,2023I went in to Paul Davies looking for a refrigerator. My old fridge that I'd bought from Curry's had packed in after not very long at all. I was welcomed into the store warmly by Stuart. He didn't pressurise me into any purchase and told me that he would be available if I should find anything I liked or if I needed any information. After browsing a while I found one that was perfectly suitable. Stuart answered all my questions about the warranty and the brand, and even sorted out quick delivery, as I really needed the appliance. Thanks you Paul Davies and thanks Stuart for great customer service.

We have just purchased a Leisure Range Cooker, our last range cooker was from here and lasted 19years. We have also previously purchased other large kitchen appliances from Paul. Delivery was fast, had a phone call to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they were very helpful, friendly and polite. 🙂

I went onto look at other stores and then went back to Paul Davies as I felt on my 1st visit the staff took a step back and didn’t mither me to purchase, like many of the other stores. The service was 1st class. They held the purchase for me until my husband could get to pick it up the day after. Well done Paul Davies staff 👏
