Feb 07,2025Scam: Same as all the other users. I went to their site with my login details, clicked cancel but it takes you no where. Contactef "support" who say they have no record of me dedpite me giving them the exact email and password I use to log in. So, the only responce contact HSBC and advise it is fraud which I have done. Block payments and accept I may not get £290 back. I will also be contacting the cypriot authorities.

Jan 27,2025Suite a la conversion d'un pdf d'un montant de 0.99e Pdf master m'a prélevé 49.99e par mois et cela depuis un certain temps. Je demande a pdf master le remboursement de la totalité de la somme que j'ai versé. J'ai contacté le service client , ils ne veulent pas me rembourser mais le service m'a proposé a la place d'etre client a vie. Non merci !

Jan 18,2025So angry about this. I’ve received no emails about this subscription yet been charged £49.99 monthly since the summer - only caught it due to my bank flagging fraud payment. Used the service one time to convert a document in the summer, thinking it was a one off fee that didn’t even end up working.

Jan 07,2025Mi sono accorta che mi vengono addebitati49.99 euro da tempo sul conto, senza aver fatto un abbonamento a PDF Master, il sito viene reputato infettato da virus e il computer mi blocca quando cerco di entrare e stabilire un contatto per risolvere il problema ed annullare l'abbonamento che non ho mai fatto. Anch'io ritengo che sia una truffa, mi rivolgero alla banca per bloccare la carta.

Jan 05,2025Mucho cuidado se anuncian como modificar PDF gratuito, cuando lo haces te cobran 1,95€, pero lo peor del caso es que al cabo de 7 días te cobran 39,95€, como si te hubieras suscrito sin avisarte. CUIDADO ESTAFA

Dec 28,2024I would give no stars if possible. My daughter tried the service thinking and didn’t know there would be $50 charges every single month thereafter. We tried canceling. I had to close the credit card and just sent another letter to the support email. This is fraudulent and cost us $350. The app should be shut down.

Feb 10,2025Betrug! Abgebucht ohne meine Wissens. Vorsicht Monatlich 49,90 € Habe diese Fall eben bei Paypal gemeldet und Betrag wurde sofort storniert. Glück gehabt. Hatte ich das nicht gesehen dann hatte PayPal morgen diese Betrag von Konto abgebucht und unwiderruflich verloren. Kontrollieren Sie Ihre PayPal. LG
