Oct 11,2023They charged me 49,99. But I wrote that it was an error because I didn't subscribe for 1 year. I only paid for one time use. And they refunded me. The client service is very quick to respond. Thank you. And actually the PDF that I did was very helpful, and I really liked to use it.

Oct 09,2023After numerous attempts to PDF Master & Paypal I'd given up! Last week PDF Master contacted me, apoligised & arranged for a full refund which has now been received. I don't like their process whereby you have to actively opt out of the 7 day trial rather than agree to proceed/opt in but ended well. Like others I agreed to the USD0.99 7 day trial which then converts to a subscription unless you cancel - so much for a 'trial'. I complained to the provider & got the usual non-refundable comment - I then contacted Paypal & they were just as useless putting me straight back to the provider.

If you go to Pay Pal, click on the 49.99€ payment and go to "I want a refund for some or all of the items in this order“ you send Paypal the screenshots you wish to send but also you can send them a screenshot of comments here on Trustpilot aswell as the link to to Trust Pilot of this service, they will see the other reviews and know this is a known scam and they will REFUND THE PAYMENT IMMEDIATLY. I‘ve just did this and got my money back the very same day. HOPE THIS HELPS

Oct 06,2023Avoid at any costs! As many other here, I was charged EUR 49,99 for a subscription I never did. Their website says they will refund you at anytime because they are care so much about customer opinion :) However when I asked for the refund, they were sending me shady e-mails not addressing the refund question, just offering me other subscriptions and confirming they cancelled my subscription. In the end I got the refund via PAYPAL, not via them. They are not a serious company! It makes no sense to deny a customer a refund of a product they never used and mistakenly acquired.

Oct 06,2023After editing my .pdf the page asked me to pay 0.99EUR to access my file. Which was fine so I paid. Afterward, I never even received my edited file, BUT I received an email that my subscription would be automatically renewed after 7 days for the sum of 49.99EUR per month! I contacted their customer support and hopefully will be able to get a refund. But I would suggest staying away from the website saving yourself a lot of headaches.

Oct 06,2023I used this service twice to convert a document to which i paid 1euro each time and that worked fine. Only to find out today that they have charged me 50 euros as a supposed renewal to the end of a 1 week free trial. That is a complete scam because i never agreed to a free trial since i paid both times i used the service. By the way they ask you to creat and account but i just realised this later that there is nowhere you can cancel or do any modification to your subscription which means they can just charge you again next year if you don't send them an email about it. I wrote customer service about this and hopefully i will get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Oct 06,2023They offer a FREE download. Then charged .99 cents. Before I could do anything I was charged $US49.99 for 1 montsh subseription. That equals $996.00 per annum for a subscription. The quality scan is very poor. This is an absolute SCAM.

Oct 06,2023After just one use (via the 7 day trial for $1.99), I concluded that the software was of a poor quality, and that it didn't do what I needed. Being in a hurry, I got caught by the $49.99 per month scam a week later. Then reading other experiences here I didn't have any hope of getting my money back. But then I went through their support email process to ask for a refund. They were very responsive and polite, but tried to offer me free lifetime license instead of a refund. I persisted, and promised an honest 3 star review HERE if they did the right thing. They acquiesced. They said to allow up to 14 days for the refund. It arrived back in my account within 2 days. Your mileage may vary. I still think it's a dubious way to do business. I have learned my lesson. Hey, be careful out there!

Oct 05,2023Scam a ripoff! You try to call the phone number that's in the Paypal transaction and none of the numbers work! Disgusting! Just contacted Paypal and told them I would like a refund for two months worth of 49.99 pound charges that I never authorised! I told them that I only wanted the 1.99 trial charge! I hope these thieves get found out!

Sep 29,2023i got lucky with this lot , i , like everyone else opted for the .99 cents for the trial only to be stung with there 49.99 which equated to 83.34 australian a week later... thankfully i had went through paypal and explained a lot of people had been stung... this was 10.30 am ...by 2.30 pm i had been refunded... paypal obviously know this lot well

Sep 28,2023I have been reading the experience from all of these people. It is very unfortunate that I didn't realise before that this site is an scam. I just paid 30 minutes ago for the trial 0.99 eur because I really needed to quickly edit a document. Now I realised that they don't have the option to unsubscribe from their "services" and I am assuming that they won't answer any of my e-mails. Tomorrow I am taking actions with my bank.

Sep 26,2023They charged 49.99 euros without my permission!! I didn't subscribe to anything other than pay 2 for one file. Complete SCAM and they don't even have a unsubscribe button on their website. UPDATED REVIEW: They have since replied to my complaint and refunded my money. Really great customer service.
