Sep 18,2023Fortunately I was reminded of reading the reviews here before trial ends, thanks to TVOD at reddit. After a long time search I finally managed to find some free options out there like pdf2go, pdfocr etc. Ditch the scammer.

Sep 15,2023After filling out a form I clicked the DOWNLOAD button. To my surprise I was presented with a number of plans I had to join before download was possible. Did not download because it smelt fishy. After reading these reviews I am glad I didn't try it. The app however shows a picture of the result so I took a screenshot and printed that.

Sep 13,2023Bought the subscription for 7 days for (1.99) on the 7th of september then 6 days later they tried to charge me (49.99), the site is deceptive and makes it very hard to cancel said subscription and does not show clearly that the subscription automatically renews.

Paid 99 cents for pdf edit thinking that was the only charge (because that's the way it's presented on their website) and then was charged AUD $78.54 seven days later. I never signed up for a subscription, nor would I ever. I have no need or reason for a pdf subscription, let alone one that charges US $49.99/month. This company is misrepresenting its services, is operating with predatory practices and should be investigated.

Sep 12,2023Scam. Agreed to pay .99 then my account was charged $49.99. I signed up through my university because the university has a free license for this product. I have been trying to cancel this product with no success. Their name is tricky to almost match pdfmaster. Pay attention to acronyms in front of the word pdfmaster. STAY AWAY FROM SG PDFMASTER.

Sep 12,2023Same as everyone else on here. Paid 1.99 for a pdf to word conversion and got charge a full membership price 7 days after, it wasn't mentioned clearly at all. I've sent an email, called about 25 times and I can't get through, even left a voice-mail. Absolutely useless place and scummy.

Sep 09,2023Do not use this service. Charged me for subscription after free trial even though I cancelled as soon as I realised they would charge me a monthly fee. They told me they had cancelled my subscription but then tried to take the funds again, TWICE. Stay clear.

Sep 03,2023Terrible company. Be warned they automatically bill you 49.99 USD after a 7 day trial. Don't be fooled by the misleading 1.99 price. I contacted the company immediately who refused to refund and proceeded to insult me by asking me to upgrade my su bscription.

Sep 01,2023UPDATE: According to another reviewer on Trustpilot PDF Master has refunded at least one customer this week who didn’t even cancel her account, but I have provided proof that I canceled mine and I was sent an email this morning stating that they don’t provide refunds. These people are frauds, and this is a scam. Totally biased it seems, since they can see the company that I work for in my signature prioritizes a minority population. I sent over proof that I canceled an account far in advance before a trial period ended, and they still unlawfully charged my card. Not only was I unable to reach someone over the phone after calling four times. I was eventually sent an email by someone named Irene stating that the situation was my fault. Do not use this company at all they are untrustworthy and lack accountability.

Aug 27,2023They offer a 7 day access for $1.99 but in the small print they then say that they will bill $49.99 every month after 7 days. I thought I was just paying $1.99 for 7 days access! Scam!!! I have emailed them multiple times but with no reply.

Aug 26,2023This website offers a trick service. I was charged $1.99 for a service that was a pdf edition. Some days later I got a message from my bank warning that PDF Master was trying to capture me for $69.00. They publish on their website a fake service with trick prices. I will never use their service again and I do not recommend it.

Sep 23,2023Mi hanno scalato 50 euro dopo un mese, in seguito all' aver fatto l'iscrizione mensile da 1 euro e qualcosa. Son stati gentili e me li hanno ridati indietro, non è da tutti.
