Regina was such a pleasure to work with. I know that with the rates so low her pipeline is busier than ever but you never would have guessed by how prompt and friendly she was with all of her communication with me. She reached out weekly with status updates and was honest about the turn times. She is a great employee doing great things under crazy circumstances such as these. Thank you Regina! My experience with PennyMac over the last two years has been great. They have handled my Mortgage and my Refi. All phases of the Refi were handled promptly. The PennyMac mortgage team was exceptional. The refinancing process was quick and easy. The process and steps were explained exceptionally well. The team answered emails promptly. I have no complaints; glad we refinanced with the same lender.

We had been following refi rates on our home for several months and decided to jump in when VA rates hit 2.5%. Our process included obtaining quotes from three agencies, with PennyMac being one. PennyMac was holder of our then current loan and provided a quote better than the other two agencies. PenyMac made the process of our refi the best loan experience we've ever had, and we've done a fair number of refi's during our lifetimes. All the team members at PennyMac were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. Our refi closed more quickly than anticipated, which was really nice. Overall, a great experience!

The whole refi process was quick and easy, from Clay the loan advisor, to Samijo the assistant, to Melissa the notary who came out to my house to finish the closing. Couldn't have been smoother - highly recommended!

Customer service was great. We were updated during the whole process. Only one little hitch. Wrong closing package sent to the Notary. We had to sign closing document twice.
