Oct 15,2024I received a request from PetEdge to write a review for my order 10 days ago, but I still have not gotten it. I checked the status, and it is still PENDING. The customer service representative told me today that my order is still waiting for the label (not sure what it means) and never left the warehouse. She did not have any information when the order might leave the warehouse either. I asked for the refund, but it could not be processed either. Asked to speak to a supervisor, but the representative refused to connect me. I wish PetEdge can improve the customer service. 10/15/2024 This is a day following my conversation with your representative. Your reply is dishonest. Your representative NEVER called me back. I never spoke to her again and nobody informed me that my order was on the truck. I reviewed all missed calls and voice messages which confirms that a call you are referring to has never been made. I am surprised you would resort to lying instead of fixing the issue.

Oct 12,2024Upset with time of delivery ordered on Monday 10/7/24 am was told 2 business days called Thursday 10/10/24 to see if delivery would be Thursday or Friday and was told middle of next week I leave town Saturday 10/12/24 and will be back on Friday 10/17/24 I have to get some one to check all week I am not happy

Oct 11,2024Worst company I’ve ever ordered from!! I ordered the new KMC+ clippers from PetEdge. Then three or four days later, the website went down and I couldn’t get them or my money back for over two weeks. All they could email back was “they were the trying to resolve the issue”. I paid over $300 and as a new groomer, I didn’t have another $300 to spend on more. Then by the time they canceled my order (again over two weeks later) I have to wait another week for new ones. My clippers at work are going out so I was really depending on them and was so excited. All I know is I will never order from this company again. I will also continue to let groomers and pet parents know not to either. :) thanks for so much headache

Once my order arrives, after the big gap with the website being down, I can give your company a true review. At this point your company has my money and I have nothing.
