Feb 10,2024Given the recent changes in travel with brexit, we are at a loss of how to move from France to the UK with our cat. Thanks to Petmovesabroad, we were able to take the eurotunnel from Calais and then we were dropped off at London. Before the travel Mira was helpful and informative, keeping us updated along the process. As Calais frethun train station, Dave met us with his taxi, taking us through pet check-in and across to Folkestone and then to Gatwick airport. Dave was super friendly, kind, helpful and a great driver. So, all in all, thanks to Petmovesabroad for providing an excellent service at a super reasonable price. We would certainly use their service again in the future and would recommend it to those who want to move their pets safely and to remain by their sides.

From the moment I hopped into his spotless and cozy car, I knew I was in for a treat. Kawa's infectious cheerfulness and engaging conversation kept me entertained throughout the entire ride. And get this ā he even offered me some food! š„Ŗ Now, that's what I call exceptional service. What truly blew me away was Kawa's thoughtfulness. High level of communication, clarity on the process on what was needed, Paulo was lovely and professional, took the lead when at the border control for pets and let us stop for a break so the dogs could stretch their legs. Iād use this service again and again and plan to do so in the future.

Jan 30,2024After a 25 hour flight from Sydney to London, and picking up our French Bulldog from the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre, the drive from London to Paris with Paulo was exceptional. Paulo explained the door to door process, what will happen at the border crossing (visiting pet reception to show all pet documentation - which Paulo took the lead with and handled all correspondence with the staff there) Paulo isn't just a driver but an expert in moving your pets in and out of the UK (if something goes wrong, he'll help you out), and is genuinely a great guy. He's a great conversationalist but was also considerate when the jet lag kicked in and I closed my eyes for an hour or so. (Our French Bulldog slept the whole way) He also didn't mind that our French Bulldog was farting the whole way (I promise it wasn't me) The Mercedez Van was all class, I felt like a celebrity when we arrived at our Hotel in Paris. If you're considering moving your Pet in and out of the UK, and have a few companies to help you do this in mind, please dont hesitate and book Pet Moves Abroad now.

Communication and explanation of the process in the run up to the journey was very comprehensive and reassuring. And on the day itself the driver, Kevin, was fantastic!!
