Mar 01,2024I would like to share my experience using the pet taxi service from Petmovesaboard. I used their service to take my two cats from Paris to London on Feb 26. First of all, I have to say that Paul, also the key contact person, is very responsive, always providing prompt responses to my questions. It's much appreciated. The charge is a bit expensive if measured by the duration of the journey; our journey was only 4 hours point to point from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to our apartment in East London zone 2/3. Nevertheless, the cost is fixed. For us, we have two cats plus two adults, and we bought two extra check-in baggage, (4 check-in baggages and 2 hand baggage in total). Under this situation, it’s not expensive and also it’s virtually impossible for us to take any public transportation. Kawa was the driver and also very friendly. Once you meet Kawa, you may relax and enjoy the rest of the trip!! Of course, this is under the assumption that you have all the pet documents well prepared in HK. He will instruct you what to do step by step when passing both immigrations of France and UK. Last but not least, the vehicle is comfortable. Thank you Petmovesabroad, for giving us such a pleasant customer experience.
