Jan 20,2024I was very nervous and quite intimidated about the process of travelling with my small terrier from Paris to Brighton. I needn’t have worried. Pets abroad were warm, friendly and professional. Mira held my hand keeping me informed of all the steps and procedures. Then there was Kevin our wonderful driver, who was very knowledgeable, kind and a very safe driver. The whole experience was really enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Jan 19,2024My husband and I are traveling Europe for about a year with our cat. After a 3 month stay in Italy, England was our next stop! We didn’t want to fly with our cat in the cargo space of a plane, so we did research on other ways to get her into the country. After discovering Pets Move Abroad and speaking to a representative (Mira), we decided that this was the best option for us. Mira helped us to determine what documents our cat would need and how best to get them. A few days before our trip, we were put into contact with our assigned driver, Simon, who met us at the train station in Calais and helped us bring our (very heavy) luggage to his car. He then reiterated the process for us and helped us get through the customs check at the border before going through the EuroTunnel. Simon was very friendly and helpful, and with a long commute, you need someone who can hold a good conversation! We will definitely book again if the need arises!

Jan 16,2024Amazing service and Tony and Mira were great. Flew with my dog George from Mexico to Paris and then Tony took us to London. Mira was super helpful and nice during the whole booking process and quick to respond to all my questions. The day before arriving Tony had already reached out so we knew where we would see each other (he obviously spotted me immediately with the massive crate). There was lots of space in the van and Tony knew all the places where we could stop for George to get out and walk around a bit. Tony was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire journey.

They were super nice, easy to communicate with, quick to respond and overall streamlined the very stressful process of moving my animal from overseas and getting me to the UK. Professional, personable, heart-warming journey door to door Paris hotel to home in West London with lovely Patrick at the wheel of company boss Paul’s luxurious Mercedes. Chico leapt into his seat prepared with a dark chocolate furry blanket before he was even invited. Smooth and seamless from planning to finish even accommodating last minute request for pick-up a few hours earlier. I love this team and will absolutely look forward to our next trip together.

Jan 14,2024We used Pet Moves Abroad to take our two cats from CDG to London. Booking process was super easy and Mira helped us out with all our questions and everything we needed. Our driver Pino was very nice and friendly, and the whole trip was organised well. Would definitely recommend this service if you don't want to fly with your animals in cargo, it's a great alternative and worth it completely.

I can't say enough how good this guy's n gals are. If you are abroad or in the UK...give these a call. Mira was so helpful and quickly responded to all my questions through WhatsApp. Our driver Simon was so kind and picked us up from the train station in Calais. He met us on the platform when the train arrived and helped with my luggage. Highly recommend when you’re looking to travel with your pet to the UK

Jan 09,2024Petmovesabroad offered a seamless experience traveling between France and the UK. Before traveling, Mira was very responsive, even outside of typical working hours. She was incredibly helpful as I prepared to move my cat from the US to the UK. My driver, Dave, was kind, patient, and helpful with moving myself and my cat across the border. We met in Calais, France and he helped me from the train platform all the way to where we met a friend of mine in Folkestone, England. I highly recommend this service! It was the most relaxing part of our move. The car was clean and spacious, allowing us to relax after a long flight. The team's expertise was refreshing- I could tell that if anything had gone wrong with my cat's paperwork they knew what to do and would be able to help me out.

From the seamless reservation process with Mira answering all questions promptly to the drive in great cars and with a fabulous driver (Pat) everything went seamlessly. Charlie even found a lovely blanket and car seat which were a huge binu. We were faster than expected on our return and Mira brought our tunnel ticket forward so we could get through without waiting! Will definitely book again!

I was super worried as it requires a lot of documents and I was also expecting a very long rode with long queues for the pet check and passport check. Everything went so smooth. My driver Tony was very kind and supportive. We had to ask to meet 30min later than planned and there was no issue with that. I asked thousands of clarifying questions to Mira and she was very patient with me and helpful. At the end the road was very easy, To y stopped several times if we asked to go for a walk with a dog or for me to get a snack. There were no queues. And I’m beyond happy that my little one is now with me in London

Jan 07,2024I recently moved my cats with me from Canada to the UK, stopping in Paris. We used Petmovesabroad to taxi from France to Bristol. Paulo was our driver and he was super nice. We felt safe and my cats were very comfortable in the vehicle. We had a 10|10 experience!
