Jan 06,2024We travelled with our dog from NYC to London via Paris for the holidays and back and had a wonderful experience with Petmovesabroad. Mira who managed our booking was very knowledgeable, flexible and caring every step of the way and helped us understand what paperwork is important for entry into France and the UK. Jovan and Pino who drove us for each leg of the trip into London and back into Paris were punctual, professional and navigated the pet check-in and entry process seamlessly. My husband and I are very grateful to Petmovesabroad for making the trip with our dog easy and smooth. We will definitely use this service again and cannot speak highly enough of the Petmovesabroad team. Thank you!!

Jan 04,2024We used this service during a very difficult journey from Korea to the UK via Paris. We were very exhausted, but thanks to the friendly counselor and driver, we were able to complete the journey without any problems. After booking everything was done on time and in order and I had nothing to worry about. The vehicle was in very good condition and the driver was professional. We arrived at our destination really quickly and comfortably. I highly recommend Petmovesabroad's pet-taxi service. Once again, many thanks to Mira and Simon.

Jan 04,2024We just had a seamless experience for our pet taxi from Paris to London! Kevin picked us up on time from Gare de Lyon and communicated very clearly in advance. The entire trip was very smooth - the drive to Calais, the checking of documents at the pet reception, the customs and then the ride in LeShuttle. Thanks Mira & Kevin for this great experience - it made the what would’ve been an otherwise stressful journey for our cat very effortless. I would highly recommend this service!

Jan 03,2024I use Pets Move Abroad twice a year with my cats to and from London and Paris Orly airport. The service is amazing. It’s always stressful moving animals especially when euro tunnel and flights are involved, but they make it stress free. Our driver has always been great too. The cats are used to the journey now and like to get out of their carriers when we are waiting at the euro tunnel. Highly recommend!!!

All my questions been answered, I felt supported all the way from planing till the actual drive. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I can fully recommend this company, I wouldn't know what they could do better. They really do an amazing job.

Jan 02,2024Pino was my driver from Paris to London and it was an extremely easy trip. Pino was kind, easy to locate at the airport and helpful at the French/UK border. My cat was comfortable during the trip and we made great timing! The overall experience and talking with Mira start to finish was extremely easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend!

Jan 02,2024We had a terrific and seamless experience traveling with PetMovesAbroad. Our driver Jovan picked us up at our hotel in Central London and got us to Dunkirk on time as promised. It was a pleasure traveling with him as he was so helpful and friendly. The check at the pet processing center took only a few minutes and we had enough time to grab snacks from the lounge area before our quick 30 minute ride across the Chunnel. Booking the service is very easy and communication by WhatsApp with Paul, Mira and Joven is a convenient way to keep in touch throughout the process. Highly recommend PetMoveAbroad!

Jan 02,2024This company made my move stress-free! I just had to book for Eurotunnel and the rest were taken cared of by Pet Moves Abroad. Mira was very patient snd flexible esp as I had confirmed pick up and destination addresses quite close to travel date. No fuss when I changed my arrival date too. My dog and I were picked up in Paris and driven to Liverpool by Kevin, very nice guy. It was a long trip but time flew quickly chatting with him. We had a few stops so me and my dog were also able to get some stretch and some food too. It was a comfortable ride for me and my dog. He didn't have to be in the crate so he sat on my lap during the entire trip. Thanks for making Moffie's move from Shanghai stress-free and comfortable for both of us. I would highly recommend this company!

Our driver Paulo arrived on time and process was efficient - from booking to pick up to train travel to drop off. Car was comfortable and spacious. Dec 23,2023Excellent and reliable! I was very nervous about moving my small dog from San Francisco to Wales. I went thru Paris so my dog could fly inside the cabin with me. Mira had good communication with me throughout the process. I needed to postpone my trip by a week and she was very accommodating. Our driver Mo was so nice and a joy to be with. Unfortunately the Eurotunnel closed due to a strike right before we got to the Eurotunnel. It was reassuring that Mo knew what to do and we got my dog cleared with his paperwork and we were able to take a ferry instead. I would definitely recommend this company to transport a pet.

Dec 22,2023What a wonderful experience. We traveled with my cat Storm Trooper from London to West Germany. I was on the verge of giving up because no airlines were doing direct flights to Germany anymore and the ferry was only permitting cats inside a car which we did not have in London. From booking communication to execution the Pets Move Abroad team was incredible. Mira was so helpful and fast in responding. It felt like the person on the other side cared. Simon, our driver was phenomenal. He was friendly, kind, and helpful. The journey was smooth and you could tell it was not Simon's first rodeo. We got through the paper process in minutes. The car was spacious and comfortable. (Sorry Simon again for overpacking). I genuinely would recommend this service so much. Worth every penny. Thanks, Team. This is the nicest holiday season I ve had so far because everyone is together, even the furry fren.

Jan 07,2024Petmovesabroad offer a fantastic and a much needed service to all those pet owners who need to transfer their pet out of and into the UK in a safe, comfortable and pet friendly environment. I used their service on my way back from a Christmas visit in my home country and I cannot recommend the service enough. My driver Simon was very professional and friendly and got me and my pup over the channel between Calais and Ashford International in comfort and style with a smile on his face. Which made a huge difference as we had crossed most of Europe by the time we got to Calais and our luggage was lost by the airline we used some of the way. Simon was very understanding and made the rest of the journey feel stress free and very comfortable. The booking process with Mira was also a pleasure. Booking was easy and the team were flexible to all my requests and answered all my queries in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services again. Best Woofs! Mira and Arthur
