Mira adapted the situation very well and re-scheduled everything for me timely and precisely. Furthermore, I’m particularly impressed with the responsiveness (quick) from this team. Good job! Last but not the least, I would like to say thank you to Paul who I made the initial contact with and our driver Paulo who drove us all the way from Paris back to Birmingham, UK. Pino pick me up from CDG and he was amazing in calming me down (being worried about the trip home ), things went smoothly on border and at the pet border plus we had a lovely chat on the way . Mira accommodated our numerous changes with total professionalism and patience, which is so important when you are trying to juggle visa issues and are also anxious about the process of getting yourself and your pet across the border. Simon our driver was punctual, pleasant and looked after us on our eight hour journey in a friendly and helpful manner. He kept us informed on what was happening at each step and waited at the drop off point for us to get our rental car sorted. Highly recommend these guys, can’t fault the service, very grateful to them!

Nov 08,2023We moved two mini dachshunds from the US to UK via Paris on La Compagnie airline and then the chunnel and had the best experience with Mira at Petsmoveabroad. She organized our collection at Orly with the wonderful driver Jorvan who drove us to London via the Channel Tunnel train. We traveled in a VW van with plenty of room. The trip could not have been smoother. Thank you Mira and Jorvan for a great experience.

Nov 07,2023Excellent service. Simple to book, very responsive to all needs and questions pre transfer. Punctual, reliable and professional service throughout. Our transfer was a pick up from CDG to return to London. Vehicle was spacious, comfortable and spotless with a seat and seat belt for our pet. Driver (Pat) was very professional and very helpful. We experienced an issue at Pet Passport control in Calais due to a minor irregularity. Pat drove us immediately to a local vet early evening on a Saturday and the issue was resolved right away. Price for the transfer was correct. Again, excellent experience and can highly recommend Pet Moves Abroad.

Nov 06,2023We were a couple with two children and a 32 kg dog looking for a transfer from CDG to London. We had many concerns, but Mira from Petmovesabroad made the process incredibly simple. We communicated via WhatsApp, scheduled the date, and Mira sent me links for online payments for the transfer and the Eurotunnel. That was it! Pat, the driver, was already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, and he easily located us. The transfer went very smoothly. Pat was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Of course, anyone entering the UK with a dog should be well-prepared, but having an experienced guide like Pat makes the process much more relaxing and easy. I also have to mention the fair price. Nov 03,2023Flew to Paris and booked a transport from Paris to Portsmouth. The booking process was superb and easy, my flight was delayed a few times and it was no problem at all. Our driver, David was great, he made sure we were comfortable and that our dog had everything she needed during the drive in addition to making stops whenever we requested, very polite and friendly! Great stress free journey and would highly recommend 👌

Nov 01,2023Great, efficient and professional service. I was picked up from Calais Frethun station with my dog and taken on the Eurotunnel having gone through the pet check-in process prior. Then I was dropped off at Folkestone train station in time to get the fast train to St Pancras. Thoroughly recommend the service and will use them again !

Everything with Petmovesabroad is easy and seamless. a day before my journey, Mira sent over Kevin, our driver's number so we could introduce ourselves. On the day of our flight Kevin was punctual and kind even though my luggage got delayed! He helped my cat and myself through the journey from CDG airport all the way to London and I couldn’t recommend this service more!

Oct 27,2023We were super impressed with how easy and seamless everything was, from first getting a quote and arranging our travel with Mira, to the travel day itself. Kawa picked us up - 2 people, our cat Candy, and 5 suitcases - from a hotel by Paris Orly early in the morning (6am!) and drove us to Oxford, UK. He was very friendly and made us feel entirely at ease. Candy spent the whole ride relaxing on my wife's lap. The journey was also completely comfortable and very fast and efficient. Kawa knew all the tricks to get through the Euroshuttle as smoothly as possible. Knowing now how easy and comfortable it is, we wouldn't hesitate to use this pet taxi service again. Yes, it's more expensive than getting the train, but it is so so worth it. 10/10 would recommend.
