Dec 12,2023After a flight from Genoa to Paris we travelled with our two cats from Paris to London. Everything went perfectly as planned and even when we had any “extra” needs (pit-tops etc) our driver was always positive and helpful. The company is really reliable and you di not have any surprises on the expenses. I definitely recommend this company for your safe and smooth travels with your loved pets.

Dec 04,2023After endless weeks of researching the most efficient way to get my Pomeranian from Grand Cayman to the UK in the cabin (I could not bare to put my pooch in the hold), I was recommended Petsmovesabroad by the Department of Agriculture, who had recently certified a trip using this provider. What I found so reassuring it that Mira responded within minutes of my inquiry and was transparent with all of the pricing, documentation and tips upfront. Up to this point, I had emailed numerous agents without a single response. On the build up to the trip, Mira continued to check in to make sure everything was going to plan and provided details on the driver in advance and what to expect. After flying from Grand Cayman to Miami, to Paris, Simon met us as soon as we arrived and collected our luggage. Simon was very accommodating to our and the dogs needs throughout the journey. His knowledge on the process and timings was excellent, and we arrived back to Essex a number of hours earlier than expected. Both Mira and Simon reached out after our arrival to make sure we had all settled in ok. This service was exceptional and I cannot fault a single thing. Thank you Mira and Simon!

Nov 28,2023Mira was very responsive and kind in all our interactions. You could tell there was a lot of care involved in the service even from the email exchange. On the day before our travel, I texted our driver, Simon, and he was very responsive and nice too. When we arrived at the Paris train station, he was promptly there to help us with the lugagge and to start our journey towards London. Simon drives very safely, knew the processes in an out (which speeded things up) and was very caring throughout. It was really a great experience!

Nov 25,2023We were picked up in Lille, France and driven across to Ashford, UK. Kevin (our driver) and Mira (our concierge) were absolutely fantastic. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Mira was thoughtful, checked in consistently and put our minds at ease for our two pups and paw parents for this transition. Kevin was amazing. He arrived a little early and we met him at our hotel to make our way across the Tunnel. He was a sweet, charming and chatty guy who made the trip comfortable and quick! He helped us with our bags and was a class act. Thanks, Kevin! We really appreciate the team getting us across and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nov 20,2023Petmovesabroad is an excellent company from start to finish. I had to move to UK with my dog and putting her in cargo was not an option. I contacted several taxi/shuttle companies for the move from Paris to UK. Petmovesabroad was the only company that had great communication and made me feel reassured- the last thing I wanted was more surprises during this stressful move! Mira was excellent at responding at messages and making me feel supported during the booking process. Kevin, the driver, picked me up at the Paris airport on time and was very kind and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands right away. In addition, he is a skilled driver driving in both safely in France and UK. I cannot thank Kevin enough for not only driving us all the way, but making the move as smooth as possible. I felt very relaxed during the ride, next to my dog, especially after a long day of travelling. I would pick Petmovesabroad again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone making the move with their pet(s). Thank you again to Mira and Kevin.

So friendly and helpful and reassuring during a stressful period and on the actual day Pat the driver made it so easy. He was perfect. Look no further, book with this company My experience was from Paris to Portsmouth UK but they will take you anywhere you wish to go in the UK and Europe . Well worth the money The added extra was they have this pet seat in the car on the back seat in the middle . So I was able to take my cat out of the bag and let her sit in the seat . There is a strap to secure her, you do need a harness for the strap to clip on to . My cat was so happy Thank you

Dec 16,2023Excellent experience from start to finish. We initially enquired about a relocation from Wiltshire to Madrid in May, for a data in August. Delays to our travels plans meant we didn't travel until December, but Paul was accommodating and kind throughout. We have three dogs, one of which is very nervous, but both Pat and Paulo were very calm natured, which helped all of our dogs settle throughout the journey. Paulo was our main driver from Folkstone to Madrid, stopping in Saintes (France) for the night on the way. Paulo was hugely knowledgeable of the procedure and was able to use different routes in high traffic to ensure we got to our destination quickly. We were offered to stop as many times as we liked, and asked what time we wanted to leave on the second morning. Cannot fault the service at all and would highly recommend.
