Oct 26,2023I used their door-to-door service from a hotel near CDG Paris to my new apartment in north-west London. The process of booking a pet taxi from Paris to London was hell of a job because there were a lot of scammers approached to me after I submitted my contact details to a popular pet taxi website, which was on the first page of Google search. Then, I found petmovesabroad and Mira arranged my trip with very limited amount of time left. She was very trustworthy and explained details of the cost when I raised a question. Kawa, my driver, has been superb before and throughout the journey. He sent me a message a day before the trip to ensure that I arrived in Paris safely with my dog. He was very gentle and kind, and I really enjoyed talking to him throughout the trip. At the end of the day, I am very happy that I used their service and would recommend to anyone who's planning a trip with their pets to other countries.

Oct 25,2023Brilliant service from first enquiry to final farewell at Calais. Now that the UK-French border is "hard", making a permanent move to France with pets is the same. Rental cars hired in London can't be dropped off in France. Pets aren't allowed on the Eurostar. And they must be in a vehicle on the ferry or Eurotunnel. British Airways has cancelled its pet cargo flights to Bordeaux and Toulouse. This is where Pet Moves Abroad comes to the rescue. Drove from London in a hire car I dropped off in Ashford. The lovely Jovan was waiting. He transferred my two beloved furbs and an SUV full of luggage to his car and off we went. All the stress of my flat sale and move melted away. Mira was exceptional, adapting to the uncertain timing of my arrival at the tunnel after the movers showed up six hours late. En route to Calais, with the French car hire place long closed for the day, Jovan took us to a nearby hotel. I cannot recommend this company enough. Mira and team, with efficiency and good cheer, provide a vital service to all us pet owners moving abroad. Perfect!

Oct 25,2023Paul was very quick to reply to my first enquiry and answered all my questions right away, then Mira went on from there and was very helpful to anything we needed! Our driver Kevin was really kind and cracked some funny jokes, but knew when to leave us to ourselves as we had travelled for over 24 hours at that point and wanted to sleep. The entire team were amazing and super friendly, made the experience of transporting our cats into the UK stress-free. Cannot recommend them enough!

Oct 22,2023Notre talentueux chauffeur Paulo était ponctuel et efficace. Le trajet aller banlieue sud de Paris jusqu’au centre de Londres et le retour Centre de Londres jusqu’à la banlieue sud parisienne se sont merveilleusement bien passés avec Pinkie notre petite westie. Comme nous, elle était confortablement installée dans un Mercedes classe V. Les contrôles au Shuttle ont été très fluides. Bravo à toute cette organisation qui nous permet de voyager avec notre Toutou. Nous savons maintenant que nous pouvons repartir en Grande Bretagne sans nous séparer de notre Pinkie. Nous sommes ravis, prêts à recommencer, et nous conseillons fortement cette belle organisation à tous ceux qui ont besoin de se déplacer avec leurs animaux.

We even had to stop midway to pick up further luggage and the driver carried everything, including very heavy luggage! I was delighted with all their dedication and professional attitude, and my pets were very comfortable all the way up. Will definitely use this company again if ever needed

Oct 11,2023I was looking for a service that would transfer my three cats from Europe to the Scotland as it is impossible to fly with them in cabin due to legal restrictions on incoming animals. Pet Moves Abroad have been around for a couple of years but I haven’t heard of them before. A company register check, Instagram referrals and Trustpilot reviews looked good. Communication with Mira was excellent — we exchanged many calls and emails, sometimes round the clock, to have all the details sorted. She, and the two drivers were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, attentive to detail and kind to animals (and me!). We’ve travelled a lot, and this was one of the few times when cats were not treated as an inconvenience, but with understanding and appreciation. On a second look, this Paris-Glasgow drive may have been swifter for us that a flight would have been, so smooth and quick everything was. I highly recommend Pet Moves Abroad for any move in or out of the UK, especially if you have multiple pets. Thank you Pet Moves Abroad and keep up the great work!

Oct 10,2023I was desperately looking for a way to travel from Santorini to the UK with two rescue kittens. I did not want to put them in Cargo and worked out I could make it as far as Paris with them in cabin. Then thankfully I found Petsmoveabroad who picked us up from Paris airport and dropped us off at our front door with our two new furbabies. Such a great experience and service. They provided a great crate in the vehicle which the kittens welcomed so much after their individual mini in-flight carriers. It was so lovely to see them snuggle up in the car and sleep all the way from Paris to home. Our driver Kevin was fantastic we all chatted the whole way home. He guided us through all the check points no problem. The whole team communicated every step of the way. I will always be so grateful for the team and service they provide!

Oct 10,2023Everything from start to finish was extremely efficient. I coordinated everything with Mira before the trip. She didn’t pressure me into booking, like a lot of other companies, and went out of her way to help answer questions I had - making the whole process smoother than I could have imagined possible. Simon drove me from Paris to London. He was friendly and clearly cares about animals, taking the utmost care with my cat. He also managed to get us to our destination 2 hours earlier than expected - which was amazing. This was the cheapest pet taxi service I found AND had the best reviews (and I did a lot of research), and the best customer service - there were absolutely no hidden fees, like a lot of other companies, and they outright tell you when you’re booking that they will give you a full refund in case of some last minute emergencies. I cannot recommend Petmovesabroad enough. Thank you Mira and Simon!

Oct 09,2023Mo is a good driver. He is really kind and nice!! There was a problem when the reception went through the dog paperwork, and he still took us an extra hour to get the dog's European passport after 10pm. Very reliable, highly recommended
