Apr 16,2023From the moment I inquired about the service Mira was so helpful. Everything was straight forward and questions were answered efficiently. Our driver Simon sent an introductory text before and then he was waiting for us when we walked out of the door! The whole ride has been very comfortable and easy. I’m grateful for a service like this because getting through the train would not be easy for first timers on the back of a 7 hour flight.

Apr 14,2023I can’t speak highly enough of petsmoveabroad. I broke down in SW France this week and the garage indicated that it would take at least 2 weeks to fix. I contacted petsmoveabroad and they couldn’t have been more helpful or reassuring and helped me plan my journey home with my dog. Very unexpectedly 2 days before meeting up with petsmoveabroad the garage called and said the car was fixed and so I contacted petsmoveabroad to cancel my journey with them . They were incredibly understanding. If I ever need this service I will not hesitate to contact them.

He took care of every single step of pet's and our documents process at French border and UK border so that we could manage to relax a bit after the long day travel. Very reliable and stress-free experience. Thank you so much.

I had rented a car for a five month trip through France - with my cat Jackson - and needed a transport solution to get me back to Hertfordshire from Calais after returning the car. This door to door service was perfect! Kevin the driver was a delight. He picked me up from my accommodation, helped me load my luggage and made sure we made it through the pet check and onto the train smoothly. We then had a pleasant journey to my end destination where Kevin helped me unload cat and luggage. Jackson was relaxed and I was very happy! I highly recommend this service! Good people, fair prices and great service.

Mar 28,2023I need to travel from France CDG to UK and have no idea at all, Mira gave many useful advices that made me free of hassle When I arrived France CDG to UK and got serious traffic jam. No car can go to terminal 1 and Simon helped to move our baggage from another terminal! That’s crazy journey with baggage! Because of delay, we rushed to Eurotunnel but Simon did a professional join that sent us to the destination safe and in time !

Mar 23,2023Excellent service! Totally recommend it. Our driver Simon was very nice, helpful and caring. Our flight was so early, he waited for us in CDG at 0544. He explained all procedure clearly, and I had no worry with it. He drove for 9 hours from CDG to Manchester, still in a very good mood and energetic. We had 4 ppl, 3 cats, 6 overweight 30” suitcases and 4 hand carry in car. The car was very clean and comfortable. Mira, the contact person, she is also nice, helpful, and quick response! She explain in detail for our concern, and reminded the driver to take care our concern. Thanks for a great trip and perfect arrangements!
