My driver Pino had a lot of experience, and even when I had document problems at the border, he managed to make everything smooth when we had to rush to see a Vet in Calais for a stamp on my cat’s passport. I couldn’t be happier and Mira was amazing at organizing everything. Definitely recommending

Jan 26,2023Thank you to Simon and Mira for a seamless transfer between Paris and central London. Simon was right on time and helped with my massive amount of luggage. He made the UK pet reception process and Eurotunnel trip hassle-free when both my dog and I were stressed and tired from travel. He is also professional and pleasant to chat with. Cannot recommend highly enough if you need transfer service within Europe. Lovely people all around! THANK YOU

Jan 24,2023Simon is a very good, polite, safe and friendly driver who assisted us from airport pick up, loading luggages (9 x 23kg - 30kg) to vehicle, going through the Pet Custom and finally arrived to our destination in London in a seamless way. We appreciate Simon's help to successfuly drive us and our 2 cats to UK in a comfort journey. We also appreciate Mira's flexibility to change our pick up arrangements twice in timely basis due to flight delayed. Mira responded our request in her very early morning time and always get back to us in a speedy manner. We could not complete our travel without Simon and Mira's great help. Strongly suggested the company to any pet owners.

The whole journey was smooth and comfortable, we arrived home earlier than we expected. Recommend to all the HKers who has a super long journey with their pets to England.

Good price, highly organised, and everything is just so smooth and flexible. They tailor to your needs and are there each step of the way, proactively checking in and providing support. A big thanks to Mira who organised everything perfectly and Paulo who was lovely during our drive.

Jan 11,2023I travelled with my dog and had a great and easy journey from Folkestone to Calais going home for Christmas. When returning with them in the New Year, the pet reception inspectors refused to let us pass, due to my dog's worming treatment having expired by 3 (!) hours. My driver Paolo very calmly drove me to the only vet open on a Saturday, 40min away, for repeat deworming. He then helped me get myself checked into a hotel (as I was forced to stay another 24h after the deworming). The next day Mina went out of her way to make sure we got home, arranging for us to share taxi with another client. Whereas other companies might have taken advantage of the situation financially, Pet Moves Abroad only charged me the bare minimum. All in all, I couldn't recommend Pet Moves Abroad more, they truly care about their customers and their pets.

Jan 07,2023Would like to express our appreciation to Petmovesaboard. We brought 4 cats with us from Hong Kong, arrived at Amsterdam airport and the driver Mo came to pick us up. He was kind, patience, and helpful. The journey through Eurotunnel was smooth and finally we arrived safely at our home in UK. Their staff Mira is also very understanding and with immediate response to our enquiry. We highly recommended the good services of Petmovesabroad.

Jan 06,2023Faultless. Paul helped us out of a stressful situation finding ourselves stranded in the uk with our dog and no car, trying to return to the south of France. He replied to messages rapidly, made suggestions for our onward journey once arriving in Calais and arranged taxi times to fit in perfectly with the connecting travel. Our driver , Simon , arrived bang on time and was very pleasant company on the journey. Highly recommended.

Dec 29,2022Great service and very nice people, my experience with pet moves abroad went very smooth ! From the start I was talking to Mira to try and figure out how i can move my dog from France to the UK, and Mira was super helpful all way through, she was giving me different options, times, destinations on a very short notice as well and during holidays season until we found the best option to move my dog. Kevin was the one picking up my dog from France and dropping her in the UK, he was very understanding and nice. He kept me posted during the travel and even when we ran a bit late because of the traffic, he was very nice about it. I really recommend pet moves abroad, as the team is very nice, professional and helpful !
