Mar 13,2023We thoroughly recommend Pet Moves Abroad. We recently travelled with them from CDG Paris to Nottingham UK with our cat, arriving from the United States. Everything worked seamlessly and we always had the secure feeling of being in the hands of professionals and experts. Our driver Paulo met us at arrivals at CDG and took amazing care of our elderly, diabetic cat. We had obvioulsy been nervous about travelling with her, but Paulo had everything set up for her comfort in the spacious Mercedes wagon. We were particularly grateful for his guidance in going through pet processing at Calais, and immigration formalities for us. At Folkestone we changed drivers and Mo took us to Nottingham in unpleasant snow but he managed a very smooth drive. Thank you to all. Mira handled all the preparations in the office and dealt with all our particuar requests. Brilliant. Thank you so much. You made what could have been a stressful journey so easy.

Our driver, Jovan, showed warm welcoming and gave us the best support throughout 8-hour journey from Netherlands to UK. The car was great too, it served us a comfortable journey. Highly Recommended!

Communication was great throughout the whole process, the vehicle is very spacious and new and the drivers were extremely pleasant. It was so easy to organise everything! They helped us with moving two cats from London to Italy! Patrick really cared about our floofs and he was very helpful when one of them escaped from his carrier twice :) i would definitely use them again if we ever decide to move! :)

The driver, Kawa, was a very friendly middle-aged man who was particularly attentive and helped me with my luggage as well as providing a very comfortable and safe drive.

Feb 20,2023Overall service is nothing short of amazing! We were in urgent need of a taxi service, and these folks took care of us on a Sunday, with extremely short notice, during border staff strike. Pino picked us up in a very comfortable car, and got us from Brussels to Folkestone in couple of hours. He also made sure we got there as quickly as possible, and gave us helpful tips for the rest of our journey. Absolutely incredible experience, and well deserved 5.0 out of 5.0!

Feb 19,2023We couldn’t have done it without them! From start to finish, Mira and Petmovesabroad made the process easy and hassle free. Prompt response to all queries and a friendly and professional service. Jovan, our driver in France was wonderful - it’s unfair to simply refer to him as the “driver” as he effectively handled all the procedures at our trip to the vet in France to get the passport for our cats, then at Customs at Calais, dealing with all the paperwork and interactions. Paolo, our UK driver, was also great. Had a long journey through the night but we were made to feel secure and comfortable, throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company; they made a complicated and stressful situation very easy for us.

Feb 05,2023Our driver Simon was a wonderful gentleman! He was very familiar with every single bit of the procedure we (human beings and feline together) had to go through. That saved us a lot of time and made us less stressful. He was also very considerate, esp when moving our flurry friends, who were already very scared after 15 hours of flight. Mira the company owner was also very helpful and responsive! She answered all our questions timely and she was very very caring. Lovely!!
