Our driver Kawa was superb, he made our journey stress free and was a very safe and calm driver, he met us at the airport and straight away helped with the luggage and my dog. Not only did he help with the luggage he took care of my dog whilst I went to the shop and visited the restroom. He’s very friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dec 14,2022Huge thanks to Mira and Patrick for bringing the three puppies (one of them mine) from Paris airport to England. The communication was excellent and it was a completely stress free experience. The fight was delayed but Patrick managed it all brilliantly, booked a different Eurotunnel and delivered three calm and happy puppies to their very excited owners! Would recommend 100%.

Dec 03,2022What can I say, Mira was absolutely brilliant. She kept in contact every step of the way, via Whatsapp and took all of the stress out of the move. We were moving our two precious bunnies, “Milo and Boni”, from southern Germany to Scotland. Mira organized for them to be picked up by Tony and looked after them in her home for 10 days, before they finished their onward journey to Scotland. Mira also sent reassuring messages and photos, to show that they had settled in well. Tony was really friendly and professional and looked after our pets on the journey. When moving house and countries, it is wonderful to know, that the stress of moving your pets, can be taken away by Petsmovesabroad. Rabbits are extremely fragile animals and are easily stressed. Traveling by road instead of flying, is really less stressful for them. So a huge thank you to Mira, Tony and everyone who looked after Boni and Milo, and got them to Scotland safely. Nov 30,2022Mira is very helpful and efficient at all time! I have sent her the enquiry form form the website and she responded promptly and sharing the details of the trips, price and logistics. When it’s approaching the travel date, Mira shared my driver’s contact details and pick up information. My driver Kawa, he is very kind, friendly and offering the best service on the travel day! Pick up at the Paris Airport, driving comfortably to the Eurotunnel Pet Reception, helped us for Pet relocation documents check with the reception counter, then to the Eurotunnel boarder passport check. I was very nervous about all these things but Kawa is able to guide you help you through this entire process, you can simply just sit on the car comfortably with your cats, and Kawa is helping you to take care everything. We were quite hungry after we landed in Paris and not able to grab anything after that, very luckily Kawa got some fresh apples to share! That is very kind of Kawa! After we cross the tunnel, we stopped at the petro station to grab coffee and snacks. Then we are heading straight to our UK home! It was a very pleasant journey! I would recommend Mira and the crew if anyone is thinking to relocate your pets abroad! Amazing services!

Nov 22,2022Mo is a perfect driver with efficiency and spirit. He pay all his effort to shorten the trip all the way from Paris to UK and straight to Liverpool. It was a long period of time and the weather and darkness make the driving condition even harder. I tried my best to stay with his spirit however more than a day”s long flight makes my cats, me and my husband sleep like dead on the car (plus 4 giant luggage). Mo do have a little chat with me during the 35 minutes Euro tunnel train travel, that was the only resting time for him. He share his story in UK and now is time for the Hong Konger.

Very kind , efficient and help me with all the custom process. I just need to seat back n relax. A great trip with our dog! Highly recommended

Drivers Tony and Dave were incredibly helpful in dealing with all sorts of unexpected happenings, such as delay in luggage collection, tunnel technical issues and even figuring out how to open the door of my building. They contributed to turning the what seemed to be an ultra-challenging journey to an enjoyable one.

Dec 23,2022If you are going to use a company to transfer your precious pets abroad then there’s no better choice than petmovesabroad . Mira took care of all bookings and gave advice on what was needed re paperwork for animals. Kept us well informed right up to move date of all plans and bookings. We had 2 great drivers , Paolo and Patrick both did an excellent job , polite , easy to get along with and took care of all needs on our trip to Spain.Thanks for all your help and we would definitely recommend you and your services.
