Apr 26,2017All good. Was easy to get started, straightforward to port my phone number from Vonage, and certainly less expensive! Only thing I'd like to see is a service like *69 (key in *69 to call back the last incoming phone number), which we had with our last service. Looked through options in the website but was unable to find this as an option.

Apr 25,2017I ordered the package, phone and DSL upgrade since I already had internet and when the time come to go live with the new service, all services stopped working (the phone and internet), to make this story short, i was without service for two weeks, during that time I had to buy a special router and purchase a cell kit from Verizon. Total cost of over $300 plus some upset customers that I might not get back.

Apr 22,2017First, Phone Power customer service is a mechanic service, and no more than human services. Second, tech support is also said their service is a quality service tech support. This is a just small phone service agency so that their service scale is too small planned phone service and for their low quality service for their business plan. Every advertisement is well good described on the website. Reality is, however, different from that of website advertised as follows: My phone plan is both of domestic and international usage is no time limited but reality was when more than 30 minutes later Phone power cause intermittently disconnected and finally there is no sound that was disconnected. Then second time your operator inserted her voices and you buy extra minutes of talking. Then she disconnected. Always they disconnected time is a little bit longer. What is for I selected your plan? This is unlimited business phone. Other tech support staff said I buy other telephone. What is he talking about so terrible technical support staff? You phone power plans have bleached in business law. Furthermore, each dialed and an operation message said this phone is bit recognized that is unnecessary message, that is only for your benefit, which is the waist of time for a customer. Apr 22,2017I've been with Phone Power for 12 years and they have always been a good value for the money. Being frugal I'm always comparing services and have stuck with Phone Power. Recently we decided to drop our home phone and go wireless. Researching how I could possibly keep my home number I discovered I have been overpaying for too long!!!! I found that you can purchase your own VOIP adapter (sending phone power theirs back) and save nearly $100/yr! I kick myself for not discovering this years ago (it's not published on their site). At this savings we kept our Phone Power service. The only Con I have about Phone Power is we have some family that live in a very rural area and we cannot call them using Phone Power (google rural call completion). Yes, I've contacted Phone Power several times and they always tell me it's not an issue with them. But now with the Obihai adapter I put a Google Voice number as a 2nd provider and dialing out through Google Voice I have no problems with rural call completion. Sure I could go with only Google Voice for free but with Google you don't have 911 service or features that I use regularly with Phone Power.

Apr 28,2017Horrible company. Impossible to reach. impossible to cancel. I ported my number to another company and they extorted fines and payments and called a debt collecter over $25. The service was canceled cause of constant beeps on phone during conversations. They could not fix my outgoing caller ID either. Avoid phone power at all cost.
