Everything was done when Phone Power said they would do it! The phone works very well and the price is really reasonable! I would recommend Phone Power to anyone.

May 11,2017QOS was good but limited features. The Quality of Service of the actual VoIP service was acceptable but limited features of the service were the primary reason for not subscribing. An important feature to us is simultaneous ring or others call it "find me" where we use a single point of contact (SPOC) for all communications. We allow the technology to ring our cell phones and don't want to inconvenience our friends into remembers multiple phone numbers.

May 08,2017I like it, when it works. Getting a hold of support is sometimes difficult. Last weekend it looked like the SSL certs had expired. The website kept getting flagged as unsecured.

May 04,2017So far so good. Porting a number took a little while but it finally went through. Service is solid. No difference than any other VoIP or POT provider except for the price, much cheaper. I'll keep it until I can convince the wife to ditch a land line.

May 04,2017Four stars because I had not had the service for all that long, about a month is all. Got it for my daughter to use instead of cell phone. Very easy to order and set up at home. It was really nice, I just followed directions and it worked. Took maybe 5 minutes if not less before I was calling out. So far the call quality is excellent. Better than cell phone and just as good as a standard phone line. I do have 100mbs internet connection. I also want to add that I have not been getting soliciting phone calls at all on that number. So PhonePower did not sell my number to anybody which is nice.
