works like it says. :) Thanks
The service has been reliable. I like the app for my cell phone that allows me to answer my home phone calls from anywhere. I also like the ability to easily review all my calls and to selectively block numbers that I don't want to receive calls from. There are a lot less telemarketers getting through now. And all this for less than 1/4 of what I was paying to my previous provider.
salesperson assisted us well with transfer, service clear. no problems with voicemail
Very inexpensive, but the support and service quality are about what you would expect.
Phone power is exactly what I was looking for. Loading a internet soft phone on my tablet, on my !aptop and a regular phone at a very competitve price. The serrvice is actaully better than Vonage wiith american customer service representatives.
The experience so far has without any problems with outgoing or incoming calls. The clarity of the connections are very good. The bottom line is saving money!
The equipment arrived on schedule and the porting of the number went as planned. Sound quality has been excellent.
All I want is simulring between my phone-power number(248-674-4800) and my cell (407-301-6243) and still be able for them to call each other. I can't do it.

I think the girl that I talk to was Raven. Very nice very polite. They sent out the box to a me, it was here within a couple of days. I'm very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them. One of my friends recommended them to me. He has been in the communication field for years. He also only has good things to say about them. Thank you guys.
Reasonable prices and great customer service.
Have had very occasional issues with call quality (dropped calls, call breaking up), but PhonePower tech support is excellent and the call quality is usually great. Tons of features for the price. I use PhonePower for my business and home phone lines.
Unable to receive phone calls from my sister in Queensland, Australia. It only rang once and hang up, not even enough time to get the receiver off the hook.
We wanted phone power for our second address - and were excited to make the change. Somewhere between the internet provider and phone power, they failed to see that the internet was being provided through the phone service, and not direct. So when they turned off the phone line as part of their installation, off went internet, and no phone power either. This really was pretty horrible. We opted to cut off both the internet and phone power and are pursuing other options. They promised to refund our payments.. waiting to see if that will happen.
I switched to PhonePower from AT&T landline because AT&T left me without a working phone line for 5 weeks! The sign-up process for PhonePower was kind of slow. I signed up online, and they kept sending me emails telling me they wouldn't complete the order until I responded (which I did), but it took several times and several phone calls before they accepted the order. I transferred my AT&T number which took a while, but I don't blame them for that, since that is the overhead of two companies passing the torch. I find that the quality of the calls I make/receive are not very good. I haven't figured out if it is QoS setting on my router or some kind of interference yet (it isn't a bandwidth issue). Sometimes the call is cut off, sometimes I hear other conversations, sometimes the other person's sound is so choppy and digitized that you can't understand. I've had people tell me I sounded that way to them when I could hear them just fine. So, I'm not satisfied yet. Maybe after playing around with my router settings things will improve, but that is my experience so far.
I like the service, the call quality is very good. I did have a hard time getting it set up with my Obitalk device but that was the fault of OBi.
No problems.
This is not a good alternative to land line telephones. I'm finding this out the hard way. * the call quality is poor. I call people and they can't always hear what I am saying. Some calls have background noise and is very annoying * after 5 weeks we were unable to make outgoing calls. * the technical support is terrible. They immediately blame your router for every problem even when no administrative changes have occurred on the router. * technical support demands that you put the box into the DMZ perpetually and leave NAT filtering open - both of which leaves your network in a more vulnerable state. * my latest problem is that it takes 20 seconds to call out to some numbers. Technical supports answer is that this is normal behavior called "post-dial-delay" (how ridiculous) * The iphone app is completely unreliable. So unless want to bring problems to yourself and struggle with support that blames you and your hardware - just avoid this service altogether. The only reason that i gave this two stars instead of 1 is that the app is useful (if it worked). The idea is there, the execution currently is poor.
They easily set up my phone line after I spent hours trying to do it in my own. Thank you!
Ben
Apr 15,2017They are easily the best, most helpful phone company I've ever dealt with. Great price, amazing features and customer service for that price.
