I didn't like that they don't send detailed instructions on how to install. The phone quality is okay I'm not 100% sold but for the price I guess it's great.

Calls are different every time. Shortly after we joined quality was good. Then we started to have problems hearing the other party or they hearing us. This is still happening.

I used PowerPhone years ago and switch to local when I switched Internet provider. I am glad I am back. Can't beat the quality and cost.

Excellent call quality and very good support during the initial setup. I had bit of delay transferring my phone number cause by my previous landline supplier (Bell Canada) but Phone Power took care of everything for me. Thank you!

I ordered by phone and everything went fine. The person I talked to was knew her business, was nice, kind, and very professional. However, I have not received the equipment yet as promised, and already I am asked to give a rating. When I receive the equipment and get it activated I probably will change my rating, but I can't give a good rating till that happens.

This company advertise that unlimited plan is available including international calls. This is not true. There is a cap on minutes for national and international calls. As soon as customer reach to the limit, this company disconnects the international phone service. They mislead customers by saying unlimited plan

Having been a customer of at&t for years I was relieved to find phone power! I get the same quality voip phone service, a better dashboard, more features (duplicate second line is awesome), better and quicker customer service who actually speak English and aren't a call center with persons from Bangladesh and price is outstanding. We did the annual pay option and were able to cancel our main line and roll over line with at&t and save over $80 a month!!!! That's almost $1000 a year in savings! I will never go back to at&t. Thanks Phone Power!

Extremely extremely poor customer service. I did not have phone service for the first month after receiving the hardware. After speaking with technical support, he determined there was an issue with my account activation - plus he went in remotely into the box they sent me and opened up a port. He then remotely restarted (rebooted) my PhonePower box. He did a good job - he fixed it. He then transferred me to customer service where I asked for a one month credit since it had now been over a month with no service. I had paid for a year. She came back and said they could credit me $5. I told her I was not looking for money - all I wanted was my activation date moved forward one month. She spoke with a supervisor (clearly with zero business sense) that refused to do that. Not only did they not adjust my start date, she then claimed they had sent me two PhonePower boxes by mistake and that I needed to return the extra box. I never received a second box and I 100% know based on what the technical support guy told me - this is why my phone never worked to begin with. They had my account linked to a box I never received. She continued to insinuate that I had the second box and that I needed to return it. I swear it was like the Twilight Zone - this was one of the most stupid customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The way she talked, it sounded like they may eventually try to charge me for the second box I NEVER received. I would have had zero use for a second box if they had actually sent me two??! I made a mistake paying for a full year up front. That is all they will get from me.

The customer service was fantastic. Very responsive and they took care of my previously identical problem with a solution that our former service provider never suggested or even knew about. The actual service itself is like talking on a landline - very clear and no echoes. We only use Phone Power for international calls, so this a major selling point for us. My only problem now is that we continue to experience regular call drops after about 10 or so minutes, necessitating a call back to the receiving party each time.

I've had several VoIP providers and Phone Power has been the best hands down! Crystal clear calling and a very reliable network with redundancy I don't recall any issues since I have been a customer.

Clear connections, indistinguishable from POTS land line in quality using my existing cordless phones and answering machine. Easy setup and as a seldom used line is priced right. Set over a week-end has delays but support was quite responsive. Thanks.

For decades I kept a landline with a "legacy" carrier -- who then repackaged the service to VoIP and charged me high rates for VERY poor service. I am thrilled with my new service that not only offers BETTER/MORE features than what I had (I esp. LOVE the feature-rich phone app), I also get 60 minutes of OVERSEAS long distance (to most places I call anyway) INCLUDED in my monthly fee! Woohoo!
