Excellent. You just have to make one call everything gets solve Waiting for cable service
Pickup can be a bit slow but once answered a successful outcome is a given.
Installation was a breeze, customer service was great, and phone worked seamless when changed over.
Good thanks everyone
Very good product. Does exactly what I need.
Great service, excellent price.
I switched to Phone Power one month ago. I am very happy with the experience. The installation was simple. It worked right away. I love blocking nuisance robocalls. I wish they would raise the limit to 100 numbers. Online and chat service is excellent. I highly recommend Phone Power as an alternative to many a complicated and limited VOIP services out there. With all of the options that Phone Power offers, you think that customer service would be one of them.
I've been a customer for about a month and everything has gone well. I ported my landline number over and it went well. Their service works well. The only issue I had was a strange ring pattern, which I contacted customer service about. They assessed that it was a customer equipment issue (I have my own Obi) and they were correct. They didn't help me resolve the issue, which was fair since it was my equipment and I was able to fix it myself, but others with less knowledge in this area probably could have benefitted from a pointer on how to get started.
I was impressed with the easy installation and configuration set-up of the Phone Power adapter. I now have used the the Phone Power service for more than a month. It is quite reliable and the phone quality is pretty good.
I was signed up with phone power for 1 month. In that time I had a few connection issues, nothing major at first. Then one day my phone stopped working entirely. I called technical support and I was on the phone for 40 minutes, but the issue was still not resolved. Phone power claims it was an issue with my wifi. I reconfigured my wifi and all the devices in my house using wifi could connect just fine, except phone power. I gave up and switched to Vonage. Also, if you want to cancel you have to give 30 days notice, so I will be paying an extra month for service I am not getting. Very disappointing.
very glad we got this service
All the bells and whistles you might ever need to manage a phone. Presented in a neat and concise way and supplied at a very reasonable rate.
Translate voicemail to text like vonage or comcast. Otherwise service and features are excellent
I have the service for more than 2 months now and was very good. No problems at all and I can call all over Canada and US without incurring any roaming charges.
After I signed up online they asked me to call them to confirm order. I tried NUMEROUS times. Each time I was put on hold and nobody ever comes back. I emailed them my complaint. Then I got a email reply saying they just tried to call me but no answer. That was a lie. My phone was right next to me and it never rang. So I emailed them to cancel my order which they did promptly. So I guess they probably didn't really want new customers.
I signed up for this service because it was cheaper than Vonage. I paid the first month's charge, chose my phone number, and waited.....and waited for service to be up & running. After a week, I called them. They said the number I chose was no longer available. So, why didn't they call and tell me? I told them to cancel my service (which I never received) and refund my money. They promptly did. I went to Vonage; no problems.
very good quality of calls and service support
It was so easy getting started and understanding it all mostly due to the support people and the sales staff. The voice service is very clear and no echos....simply put...Amazing!!
Tks
Oct 05,2016Whenever I contact customer service I get a very intelligent and friendly response back. I like these guys, but their bandwidth is not very reliable. Today we had no internet at all in the afternoon. slow is one thing, zero is terrible! We rely on it for our phone, among other things. I am hoping these are technical difficulties that get ironed out. We pay for 10mbps but, at least on my iPad wireless, average more like 4. Still, anything is better than the centurylink ripoff.
