We just changed provider for Phone Power and the service is great. No more glitches or interruption on our line.
Simple and easy to use services.
The service is good, but I get frequent, not just some - quite a few complaints from the party whom I am speaking with that they are getting much static or that the call is breaking up; like this, "I'm sorry, I can't understand you - you're breaking up."
Call fails every 15 mins when calling to Germany!
so far so good
I made the switch because I was unhappy with the charges from my provider.
Works great and SO much cheaper than having a local phone company for a landline.
Placed order. Credit card billed. Days later I get a call to "verify" the order. Trying to verify was a fiasco. Left no confidence that service after the sale would be acceptable. Cancelled. Had to file a dispute to motivate anyone to process the credit.
It has good quality and other valuable features but the provider gives you very limited time to dial a phone number. If you are an average clicker or need time to dial a number, this system is not for you. It's cancel a call and you have to dial it again and gain, before you'll not exceed 1 sec between clicks, It's a know feature for many years, they will tell that it's fixed, but it's not true. They are not willing to fix it to minimize cost of dialing. Besides, it doesn't receive Faxes with a voice trailer in front, which is common feature now.
I love it the voice it pretty clear and work Fine very good
So far the call Quality has been great. I have family in Canada have made several calls them and the calls have been good. My only complaint is with the website. It is extremely, extremely slow. When you want to go in and block individual calls it takes forever for the website to respond. You also need to click the links several times before they even start to work.
Signing up was a nightmare. The service itself was what I wanted and works fine. However, when I signed up, I verified my address twice, and they still got it wrong and sent the equipment incorrectly. They also misspelled my name - which I had to correct for this review as well, so it is still probably wrong.
Being a senior couple we are able to control tel-marketer calls which were very intrusive before signing up for PhonePower. That plus the additional savings compared to att. Thank You PhonePower
BUYER BEWARE. In what I consider a very sleazy and unethical policy, beware that PhonePower will not give you any notice that your service is about to renew. According to their contract, you must cancel at least 30 prior to renewal, otherwise you will be billed the FULL amount and they will not refund your money, prorated or not. So in essence, unless you can remember the day that you signed up for PhonePower, you will be stuck with the full amount whether you cancel or not. I don't know about you, but I believe that you should get ample notice that a service is about to renew and give you the opportunity to continue or not. At the very least, they should refund you money if you decide to cancel. BUYER BEWARE.
Works great! A lot of options.
The system worked very very. I had no issues with clarity or any technical issue. However, because the service did not work for me, I had to cancel within the 30 days and still haven't received my refund.
1/3 of the cost and no hassle. Customer service support is great.
The phone service works great and voice is clear..
I used PhonePower some years back and Loved it. This time had a satellite internet connection. I was unable to get an answer from the provider. After a number of calls I finally got an answer. I went back to a DSL line it is great.

Aug 24,2016I switched to Phone Power because of the ever increasing cost of VONAGE. Service features are virtually identical and in two months since converting, our office has not experienced a single dropped call, missed voice mail or difficulty.
