Aug 05,2016You need to have hours of free time to talk to service people. Some of the employees are dismissive and just don't care. When you finally get a good one it's not a bad experience. I signed up and spent the next three weeks WITHOUT A PHONE.

Aug 03,2016I have not been able to make calls or receive any calls since I got with this company. If the internet does not work the phone does not work and even if the internet work sometimes the phone still doesn't and they automatically withdrawal your money out of your account , but can't give you service.

Aug 01,2016I have the service for a month. I got the adapter very fast. The service is way better I was expecting, crystal clear audition on both ends. No drop calls. International calls as advertising. Over all I will recommend the service, easy to setup easy to use it and cheaper than the land line before.

Jul 30,2016Service is reliable and comes at a great price. A little more information on the time required to port my line would have been helpful at the time of signing up. You lose a month of paying for both services while the line gets ported. Otherwise great.

Aug 09,2016Better than the landline company or a landline company who saves a ton by switching to voip but still charges the same as a regular landline! This company has FAR better customer service than Vonage.
