Pricing and on-line interface are terrific. Customer service is understanding and concerned even if just a bit unresponsive or overworked. Best to communicate by email, but sometimes a phone call works better. But, it is reliable and cheap, and that means you almost never need too communicate with them.
Good and reliable service. I especially like the global phone Programm.
Every time I have had an issue ,the support staff has helped me figure out whats wrong. I like that i can switch to sip cridentials and use my own softphone and obihai . And i like that i can talk to my relatives overseas for very cheap all i want. The one thing i hate is to get an email notification ,whether voicemail or otherwise, can take anywhere from 1-4 days to recieve that email . Support clearly stated this is an issue they are trying to fix but, havent yet. This is the one bad thing about the service. But at least the support staff was honest . I am still happy with the service though .
service was cancelled almost immediately upon install, as the employer's requirements were altered. Service charged me a full year's service, one additional unknown charge which was never explained, and has failed to refund the charge as they said they would, a month down the road.
The enrollment and ordering process was quick and easy. The service has been good.
Leaving messages is a bit awkward. Regular tel sevice is great.
Reports $uck! Takes DAYS to get updates on WHO called and WHEN! Works great for ringing both hoe phones and cell phones at the same time!
I rate them with four star because they are simply the best and awesome
Thank you for the great support
We bought VOIP service from another provider (voip.com) that at some point in the past was in turn bought by Phone Power. We've now been with Phone Power for quite a few years. The service has been very reliable. There have been a few outages but they were very rare and were fixed promptly. Voice quality has been pretty good and gradually improved in comparison with what it was at our old company. We haven't tried using it for FAX. I suspect that any problems we've had were more with our Internet service provider than with Phone Power. They offer a pretty good spectrum of services at competitive prices. I recommend them.
They correct the over charge quickly.
Phone Power has absolutely no interest in their soft phone quality. When a problem comes out it should be dealt with turn fixed right away not sure when the next update is due how much later. Unsatisfactory service.
I want to expres my gratitude to Mr Kolyn, who realy help me along the way. He is very dedicated to my satisfaction. But as far as the Phone over IP quality, it is average. Sometimes the line just cut out on me, sometimes I ear echo, and sometimes there is some lag between the two interlocutor. Other then that, the INternet download/upload speed is satisfactory considering the 6Mb DSL connection that I have. Guy C.
I have been very impressed with how easy PhonePower was to set up -- connecting the physical phone (which I picked up from Wallmart for $15) with the adapter provided by PhonePower was a no-brainer, and I also like the iPhone app and the SoftPhone version on my PC.
Affordable, lots of features and works
Great service, seamless transition and great savings from my cable carrier Highly recommended.
Very POOR updates! Can take one to two days for them to update callhistory! That can really SUCK when you need to see who called - and get the call back number! Incoming fax are saved and sent - which is a plus if you don't have a fax machine.
Excellent quality...Don't see any difference in quality vs the phone service I had through Optimum. Customer service and tech support is always very helpful although usually have to wait 5-10 minutes to get through.
Good service

Aug 10,2020I like the service but I find it very difficult to find answers to common questions let alone talk to a live person.
