Yet again we stayed at an amazing property which exceeded the high expectations we had been given from the description of the facility. We will most definitely use Plum Guide again.

Jun 10,2024Our apartment had NO operating instructions for any appliances, heating systems or TV. The entryway was littered so badly. There was one towel and one hand towel per guest-no face cloths. The kitchen had 2 tea towels and no other kitchen linens. I was very frustrated trying to figure out how to use the appliances, heat and TV. The apartment had a bus stop right in front. The listing photos were very nice, but the furniture was not the same as shown. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were old and stained. I won’t recommend or use Plum Guide again.

Jun 03,2024Beautiful Villa Hugo. The grounds were spectacular, and the location was ideal for travel to Lucca and other towns. Reason for four stars was the air conditioning in our bedrooms didn’t work. We opened the window the last night and were covered with mosquitoe bites the next morning. Had the rooms been cooler it would be five stars

Jun 02,2024Jude was prompt and good on the chat. We have not used Plum Guide since before covid but had an account much longer. We signed on very early when Plum Guide was only Britain. I was surprised that the online contacts did not help choose or suggest. And when I was ready to book I could only do it online. No staff was offered to process the request. And when we first started with Plum Guide we could pay directly with bank wire transfer. Now it is only credit card. A lot of electronic "advances that simply eliminate people contact. I hope our customers do not experience the same thing.

The apartment was charming and in a lovely neighborhood that was close to amenities and transportation links. We loved visiting London and the Hummingbird Apartment was a terrific central base for all needs.

May 28,2024Magnifique! This chateau far exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. We had a group of 13 and there was so very much room to relax when needed and congregate for group activities. From the initial reservations through our departure, everyone was super helpful and friendly. The famed tapestry and lovely town were easy to walk to and just the right size to explore. We loved it and will be back!

May 26,2024Was a great apartment, great location, pictures and description were accurate (Napoli, Italia). Host was responsive and communication was good. Just let down by cleanliness of place - two half eaten pizzas in fridge, mould in coffee machine, was otherwise great. May have been an isolated issue with specific cleaners for that particular place. Was my first Plum guide experience, would try again (very seasoned AirBnB user).
