May 21,2024We started our Italian adventure at a lovely Plum facility in Rome. The host was amazing arranging for all our local travel as if it was expected of her. The property itself was warm and cozy! Another Plum property in Palermo was located near the port and when there was a misunderstanding regarding our check-in time Plum staff took the lead and were hands-on in resolving our issue! Can’t thank William enough for his assistance.

All my questions were answered very quickly and they could not have been more helpful. Definitely use them again.

May 13,2024I rented an apartment in Paris using Plum Guide because I loved their promise around vetting the apartments. Our apartment was advertised as being in Montmarte, and the photos showed a clean, quiet accommodation. Somehow, what the listing failed to mention ANYWHERE was that the apartment is in the heart of a very busy market area, and that it was in neighboring Goutte D'Or, vs. Montmarte (as titled). When we arrive to the apartment, our cab driver told us to keep our eyes up and not to loiter in this area as it is unsafe for tourists. The apartment sat just above a butcher shop, so the smell in the hallways was very strong. Outside, a busy street with food vendors, trash, empty boxes, rotting fruit and food, and hoards of people. Instead of the photo which shows a completely empty and clean street. The photo must have been taken on Garbage Day at 6AM because it looked nothing like this out of our window. We only had two days in Paris, so we left the apartment and booked a hotel 15 minutes away in the proper area. It was cheaper, nicer, cleaner, and safer. When we first left, Plum Guide called and emailed us. Then, after I sent them a detailed email with what happened, they literally never even bother answering me! I have followed up 3 times and they completely ghosted, simply don't even care about the complete loss of funds, horrible experience, etc. I would say that they are literally the polar opposite of all they advertise to be. You're better off just using AirBNB or booking a proper hotel because this site is a major rip off.

May 13,2024I stayed in a Plum apartment with my family for the May bank holiday weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The apartment was really central… you could see the Roman Forum on one side and the Colosseum was a few minutes walk around the corner. We felt like we were in the middle of all Rome’s history as soon as we left the apartment. We could walk to all we wanted to see without the kids (5 and 7) getting tired legs. The apartment was great! Heigh ceilings, lots of light and space, perfectly clean and really comfortable. The stone floors kept it cool on a hot weekend! The host was amazing, waiting for us when we arrived to show us in. She even took my wife for a walk to show her the good local restaurants and cafes. Unreservedly 5 stars! Thank you Plum Guide

May 03,2024I love how you advertise your properties - beautiful pictures, great written descriptions, list of all amenities, and the recommendations of what to do or where to eat are awesome because they also include the distance from the property whether by foot or car. I also love the Plum Guide promise - it is very true! I much prefer using your website as opposed to Booking.com or AirBnB.

I booked my most recent stay months in advance. Several months before the trip, the owner decided to sell the property. Plum Guide quickly assisted me to find another home in the same London location. They gave me a meaningful discount on the overall stay, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend PG. The service is excellent and the homes are beautiful!
