Nice touch for the housekeeper to pop in on the first evening to check everything was ok. Comfy beds and lovely linen. Plenty of space for 10 people. The Skye bar is a nice chill out area. Would love to return in better weather to be able to use the outside area fully

Apr 03,2024We stayed at The Arches Guest House, Low Farm, Ings Lane, Brotton over Easter weekend 2024. Great location, close to the Cleveland Way and Saltburn. Lots of space so suitable for large groups (there were 17 of us and it was perfect). Comfortable and well equipped - but not fancy.

Apr 03,2024We absolutely loved this place. We travelled to London with our 2 daughters and they loved the kids room. It was great that they had some toys to play. We felt very well at the appartement, it is very beautiful and the location - next to the Hyde Park and tube station - is phenomenal. We will come back!

Mar 29,2024I've used this company once only and never again. Their policy of not posting customer reviews is flawed, combined with huge difficulty in interfacing with them leads to a very unsatisfactory customer experience. They make claims for properties that are impossible to verify. There is nothing unique about most of their properties - they're available everywhere. On a chat, we were assured a particular property was quiet so we booked. I subsequently realised the property was available on multiple sites and many reviewers complained of noise issues. After endless chats, they refused to allow us to cancel and wouldn't refund us, though (this is why this is not a one star review) a token discount was made. And, of course, the property was very noisy! I even emailed the CEO though he didn't bother to reply - it's said the culture of a company is driven from the top, isn't it?

Mar 29,2024We are currently staying in one of their houses. We arrived at 10pm to not even a bottle of water. No tea or coffee. The house is filthy and on a building site overlooking Lidl !! The point of plum guide is that they are premium rentals. This is definitely not that. We can’t even watch the tv as it doesn’t work. And we paid £1900 for 4 nights. Avoid this company like the plague. And contacting them is a nightmare !! They don’t answer.

No surprises and always there to support The appartement In malaga was great: centrallly located in Historico Centro, very well appointed, nide furnishing and decor. The shower is indeed samll, but we managed!!

Mar 24,2024The Dancers in Montmartre was perfect for me. The property is down the hill from Sacré Coeur and so away from the crowds. It was perfect and I enjoyed the peace and quiet in this beautifully appointed apartment.with black birds singing in the trees behind. The Plum Guide deserve their reputation - they were helpful and professional. I will use them again.
