Feb 12,2025This spacious apartment is in a perfect location for a visitor to London - very close to Tottenham Court Road Tube Station, supermarkets, the Oxford St shopping precinct and countless restaurants, cafes and theatres. The first floor apartment has first rate furniture and appliances, including a coffee machine, washing machine and 2 flat screen TVs. The wifi is fast and reliable. Excellent air conditioning/heating. Access to the apartment is by keypad - so much better than carrying around keys!. The place is very clean and receives a thorough weekly servicing with fresh linen. Given the location in the heart of London’s Soho the apartment is pleasantly quiet. The staff at the letting agency were responsive, efficient and easy to contact.

Feb 11,2025It was our second stay at this property and there have been some changes that made this stay less great than the first time. The curtains were gone - Very exposed - not that anyone was looking at us - but the motion-activated lights in the courtyard would brighten the apartment each time throughout the night. Shutting the sliding bedroom doors was an option but then it would be too hot and stuffy. Fewer linens/towels - We had to wash what was on the bed before dressing the bed again. Less towels available - enough but less so I did laundry every few days. The washer & dryer were excellent. Bathtub & sink were very slow to drain. Always worried that it might not drain at all. I'm guessing that some of the changes or lack of maintenance are due to bad guests or high costs of maintaining a property. Overall, it was a good stay but won't be staying there again because my husband kept bumping his head on some of the low ceilings. He bumped his head a lot more this time than the first time.

Jan 27,2025We reserved two units in Spain over the Holidays, one in Madrid and one in Barcelona. Reservation and information/communication process is excellent. Our Madrid experience was wonderful. Unit was perfect and exactly representative of Plum advertised standards. What kept us from giving 5 stars was the state of our Barcelona apartment. It was somewhat neglected and did not at all meet the Plum "very best"advertised standards. We brought this up to the Care team and were offered a future discount which was fair. However, our stay was not as pleasant as expected.

The apartment was exactly like it looked online and we had an excellent experience with the company that rented out the apartment. With the booking we also received information on restaurants and tours in the city which was very helpful. We would most definitely use Plum Guide again.
