Feb 28,2025All the staff are really nice and we experienced this attitude from the beginning. But just lately I had problem regarding the charging the vehicle and I was not sure what to do. So I contacted Pod Point. I had a chance to talk to Carmen and she was absolutely brilliant. She understood my issue and sorted out without any delay. It was so clear to me and she was so friendly. Even later I did not understand one thing and contacted her through email and she responded immediately with the solution. I am so so happy with the performance and so grateful to Carmen and I hope this kind of service continues so that we customers feel safe and confident.

Feb 28,2025The first time that we tried to charge our EV, we cold not withdraw the charging lead from the Universal Charger, and we have still not solved this problem. Each time we try to ring Pod Point, the calls are not answered for a prolonged period. After consulting the depths of the Pod Point website, I decided to switch out the Pod Point Break Switch in our Meter Box, and this released the charge lead.

Feb 28,2025The engineer that came to install our charger was down to earth and honest. He was very particular about how it would be installed and wanted to make sure that the finished install looked professional. So far I haven't tried the charger as I'm waiting on the car.

Feb 28,2025Really poor service here sadly. Paid for my charger on 18th January, installation was constantly delayed. I was told on 17th February not to expect installation until 28th February nearly 6 weeks after I paid! So I requested a refund on 18th February, they did not agree to refund me until the 24th February and I will not get my money back until 18th March!
