Would be 5 stars but kept trying to book dates we had informed were not available. Seems also a glitch in notification system of estimated time of arrival. Engineer was great on day

I got my charger fixed when there was a problem - It took them 2.5 months, hours of calls, 10's of emails, 20+ people -- All failing to hit a button on their system to turn it on. It's still not turned on, i am unable to charge my car costing £100's on public chargers because they cant hit the on button on a computer system, there's no managers to speak to no-one to help just wait for a call or email that never comes and start the conversation from fresh every time as if i hadnt had the repair done This has already cost more than the price of charger in the first place, so i suggest you buy from another provider. Edit: their response says the case is still open . Of course they haven't turned it on for 3 months so of course it's open

Replacing an older EV charger with a new one. Placed an order, filled in the installation form. My money was taken immediately. I was contacted and asked to provide information I had already provided. I phoned (spent ages on hold), was told that I had provided the right information. One change was needed to match current regulations, I was told £20-30. Confirmed this was OK. Heard nothing... phoned again. Emailed. Heard nothing... Phoned again. Was told the person who I was dealing with had been away. Effectively, nothing had been done for 10 days. After this they STILL couldn't provide an installation date. I asked to cancel the order. Order cancelled, I've been told it will be 5-15 business days for a refund. Utterly awful customer service, if I could have given zero stars I would have.

From the original telephone enquiry to the installation. Everything was very easy. The installer was polite, turned up on time and kept informed throughout the installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pod point to my friends and family

Engineer introduced himself then explained the process of my installation. Then completed the installation to high standard and put podpoint exactly in the location I wanted.

The installation went well until the point of activation. This was not possible as.an earth bonding was required on the gas pipe. I was told that once this had been done by am electrician it would be a simple phone call to activate the charger. The phone call is proving impossible to make as I never reach the front of tue queue. Messages to the contact centre are ignored. A long time after sending proof I have had the earth bonding done I have an EV but no working home charger. I am staggered how rubbish this is and so frustrated with the channels of communication to their contact centre. Not recommended at all!

I was advised by the engineer, prior to his arrival, what time to expect him. The installation of the Pod-Point charger was made efficiently and without fuss. The engineer helped me set up my Pod-Point App to 'talk' to the charger. All in all the installation process was painless

My Pod Point Solo 3S was fitted a week ago. It was in standby mode when the installer left, but when I glanced at the LED a couple of hours later it was showing a fault. The instructions tell the user to switch the unit off and on again at the dedicated consumer unit, so I switched it off, but it will not reset. I phoned the installer who told me to send an email to Pod Point. He also said that he expected to return on Monday or Tuesday. I phoned them on Tuesday but was simply told that they knew about the issue. One week later and still nothing. I need to charge the car so I planned to go to the chargers in my village which happen to be Pod Point. I've charged there once before without a problem, whilst waiting for the home charger to be installed . Today, it's not possible to put any credit on my account using the app (there's no other way to access the chargers) despite trying two phones and two different banks. I now see from press reports and customer comments that Pod Point is in financial difficulty. I would give Pod Point a swerve until their owners, EDF (100% owned by the French government) decide whether or not they want to be in the EV charging business and either get on with it or sell it on. Finally, I see that virtually all critical reviews get a meaningless generic response, which is worse than useless. I've given two stars because for my solidarity with the staff who I'm sure are doing their best in difficult circumstances, but no stars for the management board.

Very bad support system, I have finally got my charger installed after paying in November 2024 it is now Feb 2025 finally been installed but still till now I can’t use it. They have just taken my money and no one wants to help me get it working. Iv been calling for 10days straight and every day they say we are escalating this issue but I NEVER get a call back as they promised!

P Poor Customer Support When something goes wrong they are terrible. If you have a choice DO NOT CHOOSE POD POINT I am currently sat on hold in queue position 1 and have been for over 30 minutes, it feels like it will never be answered and this is deliberate to push you to their online support service, very poor service and unhappy customer.
