Feb 27,2025Serial problems with the Podpoint 3s and with the support team. Painfully difficult to ever speak to anyone (almost useless VAR system in place). Has now completely failed. The charger is not fit for purpose when there is a 25% chance that it will fail the night before you're due to go on a long journey...fancy trying to reset the wifi connection at 1am....?

Feb 27,2025Non-existent customer service. Seems that installers are unable to call ahead and give 30-60 minutes notice of arrival (really?) and calling the helpline - "If you need urgent help, please call our friendly support team on 020 7247 4114" - would indicate they don't understand what "urgent" means. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Other than a response to say that my enquiry via the online helpdesk (48 hours ago) has been received no further interaction yet. In practical terms, essentially useless.

Feb 27,2025Simple from booking to instal Oliver the installation engineer was great, talked me through what needed to be done and how he was going to do it, completed the instal taking my opinions in to account and completed it to a perfect standard, clean work space, everything neat and tidy, and even helped me set up the app ready for my new vehicle Brilliant service

Feb 27,2025Lucky enough to get a cancellation slot, but the original date was also very quick. Installer was a lovely chap, chatty, polite and explained how to use the pod very well. Having enquired with other companies who didn't bother to call back quickly, I would advise others not to bother with them and go straight to Pod Point
