Excellent service by the engineer who visited today to do the installation. Just one thing Company need to do is email or notify the customer for the arrival time.

The electrician was great. They explained about what he needed to do, and did it in good time. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me a demo of how to operate the charger. In the initial dealings with pod point, they explained everything and even changed the appointment when I had to move it, all without any fuss.

Knowledge friendly and helpful. Few little sticking points with the installation because of a loop with our neighbours but all explained and sorted out.

From booking to install was 2 working days. Installer was friendly and profressional, although installed the wrong unit. When he realised he was able to come back next day and fitted the right one. Overall, really happy with the quality and experience

Rating this five star off the back of Steven the installer, who was very friendly and super quick. Took the time to demo the kit and answer any questions. The rest of the experience wasn’t so great. Despite the survey videos and photo’s that were sent in. It was totally missed that I had a looped connection, meaning permission was needed from the electricity board to load the supply. This meant the installation couldn’t be completed on the day and I had to wait 27 days from the first attempt to get the job completed. Communication with the office at times was poor. I was chasing for updates, when a direct communication that I was not told to expect was sent from the Electricity board (went to junk) Multiple emails went unanswered at times and phoning the office was labourious to say the least. This may sound like it deserves less stars but the job is in and all the staff remained friendly and helpfull. When you could getbin contact…

I got the strong impression that my installation details hadn’t been passed on to the engineering team but the installer got on with the job and installed the ev charger neatly and without any issues or mess. Before leaving he explained the installation and set up the podpoint on my app.

Electrician who attended was a lovely lad, very informative and polite. Talked me through everything he would be doing and advised where best to install pod. After job was complete it looked incredibly tidy and neat. Very happy, great customer service!

Pod Point advertised a two-week turnaround for installation. It took four months for our installation. There were cancelled appointments, non return of phone calls and overall very poor communication. The day of the installation when it happened did go smoothly but the overall experience was very poor. I cannot recommend this company.
