All I want is a receipt for using a machine, customer service is appalling, still waiting a week later with no response or help. With some of the most expensive machines, I expect good customer service, all your competitors have been able to get me receipts instantly or within 24hours. A week later with PodPoint I am no closer.
Arrived early and kept me in the loop while the install was being carried out.
Very good communication/service from Pod Point, prior to installation They also managed to bring forward the installation date when I requested it. The installer was friendly, polite and did an excellent, tidy job. He took time to explain how the charger works and answered my questions clearly and patiently.
5.3.2025. I was told my slot was between 8-12. I took the morning off work no engineer arrived until 12.30. I had to call no one from Pod Point contacted me. The engineer was a really good and did a great neat job. But a call to say he was running late would have been appreciated. He had van problems but no communication from both parties. Thanks
I waited 7 weeks to have the installation, very relentless process. POD point are a total nightmare to deal with but pleased with the workmanship of The electrician that came to fit the unit.
Quick service ordered Sunday.. fitted on Thursday. Bob was nice called me back and the engineer was a nice guy and took pride in his work.
Louis came at agreed time and did a very neat and tidy job.he was curtious and polite and explained how to use our pod 3 charger overall a very pleasant experience

Fitter (Haydn) arrived on time, figured out a fairly complex job and got it all sorted with no fuss. Left the place spotless too, despite quite a few walls to drill through. Talked me through everything I needed to know and made sure all working well before he left. Very happy with the experience.

Quick tidy work . Polite and helpful. Resolved the issue of not adding the surge protector quickly .
Very efficient. Filled in preparation questionnaire in advance of visit. Came in, installed and showed how to work the app. Used it twice now and so easy. Setting is saved for night saver rate I have with EDF so just need to plug in and that’s it. 60% charge was only £2.80. Really happy to have made the jump.
The first time they turned up, it was late and they guy called to say he can only be here for 30 mins.. Customer support said they will book another day.. I told them the dates I can't do guess what they booked it on them days.. Finally arranged another visit 3 weeks later and the install wasn't anything good all different types of clips used so no consistency of cable run but it's works I guess.. Oh wait the app doesn't show when you're using it for a charge so I can't track correct spending to claim back for work absolutely useless customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND
Cameron the installer was polite and very helpful. A good ambassador for his company and therefore Podpoint.
Engineer was fantastic and very informative. The service from Pod Points Domestic Project Manager, however, has been poor. We completed a pre-installation survey and we were not asked to undertake any additional works. When the engineer arrived the following week, he informed us that additional works are required on our fuse board before they can connect the Pod Point, and the engineer stated that this should have been detected by Pod Point from our pre-installation survey. Our electrician completed the necessary works to our fuse board within 3 days, and the Pod Point engineer advised that they could return the following week. The Domestic Project Manager has now advised that they cannot attend for 2 1/2 weeks to complete the installation. We now have an electric car which we cannot charge as a result.
The engineer was courteous and explained the whole procedure. Worked with consideration and very tidy.
