Installer discussed the ideas on how to fit the device although I had a person surveyed for the same. Material used for trunking looks old/used. Installer looks like in a hurry to finish and leave and did not explain anything after installation about the pod.

Very little human contact to arrange an engineer. 4 weeks to organise a time. They wont answer the phone. Once the engineer turned up good job. Painful
It was a little slow to get a date for installation but staff were helpful in setting up. Installer on the day - Stephen- was great, very tidy and efficient and made a very neat job
I had my Charger installed today by Pod Point,which took about 2 hours.The engineer was very professional and accommodating.Listened to all my queries and tried to give solutions.Good experience and highly recommended.

Do not purchase a home charger from podpoint, as they are only good for quick installation so they can get paid quick and so they can pay their third party installers quick and not loose them to other charger suppliers. There is no after sales service (they do not know what that means) I have been waiting for more than 72 hours for a call back since reporting my charger not working for approximately 96 hours, as for 4 days I have not been able to charge my vehicle and all they say when you call is we will pass it on to a relevant team. By the way the "Relevant" team can't be contacted directly instead you launch your complaint with a team that is not even based in this country, unlike their sales team. If you are reading this before you decide to purchase a podpoint then please avoid or you will regret as I am, I should have gone with the likes of Octopus etc... So please please save yourself time and money and stay away from this company, it won't be a pleasant experience.
They were extremely efficient , neat and tidy and courteous during their visit. I would highly reccomend .
My appointment was cancelled 3 times meaning a delay in being able to charge my car at home and wasted annual leave. The engineer on the day was great though.
